Going for a totally fresh install? It was advised to keep the other versions around as 2.2 will pull files that are already local on your system to cut down the download time.

My bad Art-J I should have said 2.5 OB at the end. My understanding is 1.5.8 will remain the public released version until 2.5 OB goes public like they have been doing with the 1.5.x versions.

1.5.8 public version will remain the latest stable release. EDIT: 1.5.8 OB will be able to go to 2.5 OB or do a completely new install for 2.5OB 2.2 OA will go away

All available maps will be playable through 2.5. That felt like an attempt to pry some info on timing for the Hormuz map. Matt handled it like a presidential news conference! :lol:

If I am understanding your question my guess is they are trying to honor the kickstarter deliverable. Without really knowing along the way they would hit a few snags in necessary information. Maybe I am not fully understanding you Cich.

Agreed about this being a legit thread. After the Magnitude 3 (LNS) fumble with their CE2 announcement and severe roasting, I have to say this is a very gutsy move or poor attempt of humor. And for the record...NO!

In short Coxy and I are not requesting additional features or additional units or modules. It's just a peek into how the game play can potentially be on a particular configuration. At the same time on the lines with terminator...wrap it up in whatever playable state it's in now, deliver it, and we'll deal with the minor growing pains if there are any.
