I find it hard to see on VR too. Can barely see a rain drop run down in heavy storm. I wouldn't think it's the resolution.

My gear collapsed last night. 2nd time it was fine.

Some things can be transferred. I think all the old stuff can so you might be good. I'll let someone who knows more about it post though. You are right, there should be a warning on Steam. Have you tried downloading Standalone and try activating your modules?

How do you set a Rotary knob on a hotas to control the brightness for lights? Like formation lights, or cockpit instruments etc? It doesn't see it if I roll a rotary knob in keybindings.

VR no question. I have some awesome Ultrawide monitors but wouldn't dream of DCS on them.

I'll fly the F-18 along with the others I like. I usually switch it up. Can't wait for the F-14 (which will probably take over) and the F-16 eventually.

Maybe the 1180 TI will help, I hope.
