  1. I want to start my mission from the The Kuznetsov with a squadron of Black Sharks and sneak into the mainland to deal with the local terrorists. :D … Su-33 will protect our package…
  2. OK. We have a Chit-Chat in English! Awesome… ;)
  3. Happy Birthday Swingkid :holiday::beer:
  4. This is the Su-27B/UB/Su-30MKK Package, For FS9/FS9.1 All models created via Gmax1.2 by Bill Wolfgen (Bear Studios) About 20000 polygons, and having 3 Level LODs Of course no heat blur or shader 3.0 on my vid etc… :D Anyway with 8x antialiasing and 16x anisotropic filtering it is not bad I guess…
  5. 5 Wallpapers made with the Su-27 with Russian Snow skin done with FS2004 and Switzerland Pro scenery. Who need FSX? :P I am completely out of web space so get my Russian snow-wall-papers from this location: http://rapidshare.com/files/62342029/snowwalpaper.zip.html Sorry for the spelling mistake too :D.
  6. The same test at 80000ft (24384m) is even worse: maximum speed in Mach is about Mach 4.4 (even less than Mach 4.5 done with 40000ft) Missile first accelerate to Mach 4 after 4.2 km after this decelerate to about Mach 3.6 at 10.6 km then restart to accelerate to Mach 4.4 at 14.7 km and next decelerate until finish… (this strange behavior doesn’t exist at 40000ft) This behavior is also a result of the different loft behavior at different altitudes. (Preprogrammed loft with minizap is anyway 45 deg) @The Moose, Me too I still have an extra standalone Windows98 pc running for surfing on risky websites…
  7. Result from little test with minizap: Trajectory maximum speed of Mach 4.5 is reached after 14.6 km. After 152.2 km speed is still Mach 2.95. I am still trying to find Mach 7 with no result! :D Missile Parameters ------------------ Missile Selector : 02 AIM-120B AMRAAM Body Length : 3.581 m Body Diameter : 178.0 mm Wing Span : 533.4 mm Wing Area : 0.06472 sq. m Launch Mass : 150 kg Propellant Mass : 49 kg Specific Impulse : 230 s Boost:Sustain Thrust : 2.60 ratio Boost Burn Time : 0.7 s Total Motor Burn Time : 11.0 s Controlled Flight Time : 150 s Maximum Turn : 30 G Skin Drag Factor : 1.00 Lifting Body : yes Rounded Nose : no Safety Maneuver : no Preprogrammed Loft : 45 deg Simulation Controls ------------------- Step Rate : 10 Hz Maximum Step : 3600 Step Delay : 0 ms Minimum Missile Speed : 1.27 M Gravity Factor : 1.00 Loft Glide Logic : no Intercept Controls ------------------ Target Aspect : 180 deg Launch Altitude : 12000 m (+/- 40.000ft) Target Altitude : 10000 m Launch Speed : 3.30 M Target Speed : 0.83 M Launch Loft Angle : 0 deg
  8. So what you are saying is that the poor acrobatically performance of the raptor is the result of the harsh rules of AIR FORCE AIRCRAFT DEMONSTRATIONS procedures. About acrobats: Sorry not with me! (After seeing the su-mig videos of Maks2007 :D) About BVR: The mig/su doctrine used by Russia and China is a defending doctrine supported by high numbers of S-300/400 units. Again the F-22 was designed with an offensive doctrine in mind to penetrate deep into enemy space and to defeat S-300 units (the recent S-400 units were developed to counter these F-22 threads). Since cold war is over it is obvious that the defending doctrine is the most logical and politically correct doctrine. But I do understand that the F-22 will be extremely practical to deal with regimes like Iran.
  9. Flip ? A flip is a flip when it is done under 3 seconds! I have not all day to watch “the flip” of a raptor… Flip 360 after flip 360 is about 5 times faster by the mig35… Here is a flip! :D
  10. Just jump on the AI pilot and I think with alt-j or something you get in the jet! Remember which bunker it was and it will open when you come back. A mod would be nice to make it work for the other bunkers too and with ace mode! :D
  11. What are you still doing in the military! :D Start your personal high end gaming rig shop! The best work I’ve seen on this forum until now…
  12. 100% success of course! Nothing comes close to BS….
  13. I think that is not a bug but a feature… :D
  14. Meteor has also a two-way datalink! Meteor will be 'network-enabled'. A two-way datalink will allow the launch aircraft to provide mid-course target updates or retargeting if required, including data from offboard third-parties. The datalink will be able to transmit missile information such as functional and kinematic status, information on multiple targets, and notification of target acquisition by the seeker. The two-way datalink is compatible with Eurofighter and Gripen but not with Rafale which is fitted with a one-way link originally designed for use with MICA. French missiles will be fitted with a different unit. The datalink electronics are mounted in the starboard intake fairing, ahead of the FAS. The antenna is mounted in the rear of the fairing. ;)
  15. Good and fresh movie… Finally a movie with high FPS too! ;)
  16. How do we know what you mean with code? Code is not always related with digital signals. Example: AESA radar can switch all the T/R modules by using a code (read algorithm like RSA which is not crackable (not in real time anyway)) and also the frequencies you can change very fast by using a code (this is why it is almost impossible to jam an AESA radar). You can also encrypt analog signals by using a code (example: you can easily encrypt the (A)DSL-modem signal by using sophisticated codes: RSA 512bits+) One of the oldest examples of using code was the enigma-mechanical-encrypting machine (encrypting the morse code by using code books) during WWII.
  17. The only problem I see is that you would lose the support contract (warranty) if you would modify stuff. Of course I guess: It is forbidden to use reverse engineering… It is forbidden to make copies of the manuals or publish them…
  18. Could be a trailer for Lockon 3.0 Is there a HD version of this thing?
  19. Very good models… Shadiness is not perfect. ;)
  20. I have a portable radiator of 1200W :D Anyway awesome system you got there.
  21. Yeah, Spanish ef2k  The coolest of all sig! The F-16 viper is probably the challenger of the day :D
  22. *** Latest News *** Saoudis have a deal for delivering 72 Eurofighter Typhoons inclusive weapons and maintenance from BAE. :pilotfly:
  23. Happy birthday! Get here your 18+ present: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfn15rcqx9I :D :helpsmilie:
