Ive had to shift to a new computer. ( burgled grrr ) So first time playing a a month. Im finding that Im getting some vibration or jerkiness in cockpit graphics now. I cant tell if this is a new vibration / turbulence thing or if my setup has an issue or if its a bug. I dont remember this in the fa18 before. Its only slight but its annoying. Help in this much appreciated :)

Im order 3656. When I bought it it stated shipping in May. Weve had the covid thing since. I wouldnt be surprised if there was a delay. Is it still shipping in May?

I am glad that ground radar is finally getting attention :) We need the completion of this plane as a priority . Top Gun 2 will be out late this year and will bring in huge sales I guess. Thats good. The F16 can wait as we need your company to flourish and Top Gun can help in that . It just makes sense. Also cracking ground radar for this plane will open up the world for other planes. Thats a vital step for the future. It does make me feel a bit hesitant of buying Hind early access. I dont want to be waiting till 2023 for that to be feature complete :) So I guess I can understand your situation. But not be hugely happy about it too :) But Im not a child . I can cope :)

I really appreciate the new info.Im a bit unnerved that " full ground radar " is in the passive development area. when F16 and F/A 18 both need it :( Im hoping this means it will be filled out as we go in their development. These planes though cannot be called complete until ground radar is actually complete.

Thanks :) The A10c is a bit of a button press nightmare. But the markpoint system is the one thing that actually makes life easier. lol.

Ive been away and practicing A10c for a while . I was wondering if f18 had same facility to set mark points and then attack them in a single run like in the A10c? With A10 its mega simple to programme the gdams as markpoints and attack in one simple run. Where f18 has hugely laborious when I last flew back at Christmas. Wondering if its improved . Or if indeed it will eventually have this facility in the future. Please excuse my lack of knowledge on all things f18 :)

A weathered cockpit wil be nice. The ir launch warning will be handy. But the rest . meh. If it costs more than $10 for BS2 owners I think itll be a rip off.

Im making short in flight training missions . So if Im starting in the air isnt shouldn't be UNU should it? Today similar has happened after sustaining ground fire. I found 2 autopilots flashing. when I pressed them to see if I could reengage they just stayed off. Not sure if thats damage or something else. if damage why 2 and not the other 2 autopilots?.

I can turn them back on again. That works ok :) The issue is them turning them-self off without my asking them. I just look down and think WTF. As they are flashing or just turned off. The KA50 is ok to fly when its not just doing unpredictable things . Its more frustrating as I dont know if its a bug or if its doing what its supposed to :( grrr. lol. Ill keep practicing :)

Im a returnee. so Im confused as to whats happening with my autopilots. Sometimes , not all the time, when Im moving and press autohover , ( which tuns on altitude hold ) I then turn off autohover and I can see 3 autopilots flashing and then go off. I always have to manually turn off altitude hold. But whats happening with the other 3? This seems to happen some of the time but not all of the time. I dont know if this is a feature or a bug. Any ideas? This behavior is weird and can leave me with a unpredictable ship . I think I'm trimming and the autopilots are all off. :( Confused.

Thanks guys . That was it. I did a quick repair and with the viacom removed it worked. I only just got viacom. Do I reinstall viacom ? or is this something that will just keep screwing my install? I only just bought it . grr. Many thinks guys . Id never have clicked it was a mod that had screwed up the install :) Edit. I checked over at the viacom thread. Looks like everyone having this issue and I guess well have to wait for a fix :)

With ht enew update dcs appears frosen at the start screen at 10% . I seem to remember this took a while ona first install. But this time its been sitting at 10%f or over a hour. Any ideas whats up?

What is hinted new plane? in today's news it states there's a new plane to be released this year. Any ideas? A phantom,thud, corsair2 . I really hope it's something iconic. Not some obscure third world trainer . Give us some Vietnam and Arab wars era love ????????

Ive followed the grim reapers tutorial for programming multiple targets but something isnt working like in the tutorial. When I shift from mode PP with pp1 box selected . In TOO I can set coordinates and return to mode pp. the pp1 box remains crossed. It should be boxed. I get the same with the pp2 box. it remains crossed. All the stations end up having the same coordinates of the last tdc depress. I know this worked a few months ago . Anyone else having issues. or has the programming logic changed since the tutorials?

Thanks. that was it. Brand new computer and new bindings. doh . It was a problem with the tdc depress binding. I was so sure Id checked this . Thanks for the input guys :)

Ive been away a couple of months so I dont know if an patch has broken something. as this used to work for me On a jdam run I have set up to receive the new coordinates data. Im on the jdam mission page. I locate a target with the tgp. I have sensor switch set to tgp page on right screen. I do the tdc depress and nothing happens. I should now have data in my left screen with the jdam data now. But nothing happens. Ive exactly copied WAgs and Grim Reapers tutorials as far as I can see. The game can see my hotas tdc depress function.and I can test the tdc depress button. but its like it doesnt work in flight. Any ideas. new feature, bug ? Im stumped. :(

+1 Its too small and if your color blind your just screwed as is.
