I guess it might look a little weird using the .AVI tool, but for fraps (my preference) this doesn't seem to be that big of an issue.

"8. - Do not use camera jitter enabled in-game for video recording!" IMO, this isn't exactly a rule of thumb, maybe a more personal choice/opinion. I tend to use it quite alot, depending on the camera angle, situation, scene, zoom level etc..

You mean, when you record using Fraps (and turn ON audio recording) you dont have any audio within Vegas? Might be some options within vegas then. I've never had that issue.

Funny thing, H264 seems to be missing from Vegas 11 and 12, but it's present in the good old vegas 6? Weird..
