I think it is very unlikely that its a GPU failing. For me, its a software related issue for sure. Its always a combination of bad software and windows rubbish. Back in 2016 I started having stutters in Assetto Corsa for just no reason. Reinstalled windows 10 and they were gone. Before that I had tried absolutely everything to no avail. Also, if you're stuck with bad drivers now, dont block their update, do the opposite and try to get out of them asap.

Exactly. The problem with double mouse is that whenever you need to click anything in the cockpit, if you move the headset ever so slightly, the cursor will deviate from where your mouse is pointing and will follow where your nose is going to.

Exactly that. Either that or perhaps a way to activate and control the clicks of the nose cursor using the HOTAS without the mouse.

Amazing. I wonder if we could make a DIY handtracking with open source software like opentrack.

Hello lads, hope everybody's fine. I would like to know if its possible to deactivate that blue nose cursor pointer that appears when you move the mouse inside the 3d cockpit while flying in VR. I find that very disturbing and would like to have only the yellow mouse pointer effectively deactivating the blue nose pointer. Cheers

Hello there, hope everbody's doing alright. I just bought and downloaded DCS F-16C but there is no controller profile set, except for both Stick and Throttle POVs set to view. I tried looking for it in the download section but couldnt find anything either. Anyone has one to share? Cheers

I would be fired if my boss came to me asking for some results and I answered that I haven´t got anythi worth showing... The RAZBAM F-15E was announced in September 2012 and today, Feb 2014 they still haven´t got anything worth showing?

Holy cow, this is completely dead! If you dont have anything worth showing, then what are you guys doing anyway? Show some numbers, anything will do. Or assume that this project is dead.

Yeah mate, that´s why its our favorite. From Tank Plinking to A2A, Deep Interdictions, Scud Hunting, you name it! And it does everything with style!

First of all, I would like to say that discovering that someone is developing my favorite fighter aircraft of all times was a great surprise. Knowing that 2 studios are competing to release the best one was even better! ;) Whoever it may be, I´m putting my money on both projects! Also, I know that developing a DCS level aircraft is not a short-term project, but it wouldn´t hurt to ask more or less, just an estimate release date. How long do you dev guys think this will take, like 1 maybe 2 years from now til Beta? Any idea, anything helps us fans while we wait! The pit, 3d models and textures seems to be in a very advanced state by now, so I guess next are FM and Avionics. Great job guys, keep it up! Cheers

Nothing new to see. Big disapointment. I was expecting the Super Hornet or even the Apache, but the KA-50 AGAIN? Who cares about this chopper anyway?

i still have and use my 1st mbp. it was the 1st mbp mpdel aswell, april 2006. its my field editing island. by field i really mean field like for example the catalunya world rally champ which i was assigned to cover last year. i take the pics and upload to my editor via iphone tetering. its just an example tho. during thw winter 2008 i worked as a ski photog up in argentinian andes. its flawless. mbp is what i called reliability. oh btw besides having it upgraded to leopard last year its still runnong its first instalation backed from 2006. on the other hand im already on my 2nd win7 reinstalation!

One thing that helped me was to lower the monitor main resolution. Since I run it from a Bootcamp partition under a Macbook Pro, I use a external display. In the nvidia config, I deselected the laptop´s display, so the external is the main and only display. Besides that, I lowered the windows7 resolution to match the one I select in game. From 15fps I went to almost 30fps flying with medium quality graphics.

im currently reading vipers on the storm and at one given part, the first night to be more precise, rosenkrantz mention that his the radios were full of static, maybe due to iraqis electronic warfare. since the second flight of his package were ef111 and there were obviously other platforms responsible for the electronic warfare, can we assume that the mentioned fact was actually a side effect of friendly elect. campaing? does ef111 powerfull jammers affect friendlies radars aswell? i know most of this is classified sensitive information, but is there any good read on the subject? cheers

I totally agree! Maybe our russian friends might be interested in the current area due to recent conflicts against Georgia, but for me, Im not really interested. Im patiently waiting for Nevada, its not exactly what I would have hoped, but it might work somehow. It would be just great to see the tri border area (Saudi, Iraq and Kuwait) in DCS. Even a fictional conflict where americans invade Iran would be cool too.

First thing I´ve noticed about the new patch is the performance improvement! Thanks a lot and great job there ED!!!! I also noticed I get less trees. I tried playing with scenes and trees distance, but correct me if im wrong, it seems more related to view distance tho. Nice cockpit shadows and adjustable HDR btw! Looks like it was worth the wait.

Is it possible to manually modify it to find a balance between none and medium?
