Congratulations! Just awesome. Never look at Pre-flight as routine and boring. You could miss something that may cost you your life. Keep at it...if you want it bad enough, you will find a way. Maybe you could work there and cut a deal. If do you get your license, there are clubs that make it much more affordable. If you don't do it, you will look back one day and wish you had. Because at that time if you followed though, you would be flying now. Who knows where it might lead.

We could go on and on about all the things coming...maybe they will start trickling out "soon". After all, 2016 is about halfway done. A decent and thorough update would do wonders for the suffering masses.

I have made it over many "humps" in my lifetime. Some were a pleasure, some were mundane (can't remember all of their names) and some were just Wednesday's including yesterday, but yesterday's gone. Considering this is coming from a Dev and if it is a reference to the Himalayas, just maybe they are working on a new map. If not, then this is pretty silly.

You missed the C-130 Spectre

If it is a wind effect it seems a little early. I agree it should trail the longitudal axis for a length but the be affected by the predominant wind drift thereafter. Like contrails.

So Afganistan, Syria And Crimea are mentioned at the TBS site along with SoH as maps in development. So we can't expect the others to come to DCS due to current Conflicts?

A noctua air cooler will amaze you with the ease of installation. I run a 3770k at 4.6 on one with no issues. It's too easy.

Yep just wrong but this is not RL. Just like the difficulty of instant failure. Just over the top. Really takes the fun out of it having to refly over and over trying to figure out what you missed. :wallbash:

Amen Chief...Well said. There are many youngsters here in the "got to have it now, entitled generation". As an ex-InTeL employee, there was one quote they had that I'll never forget. "We make Logic, but we don't always use it".

If you look ATC gives you permission to startup and taxi to runway. Whether right or wrong, "To Runway" not to hold on taxiway was the key.

Not my first but I flew Falcon 3.0 a lot. I really enjoyed the dynamic campaign. Miss that.

Story Driven Multiplayer is also lacking. Maybe we could see that one day. I would love a Multiplayer Campaign to throw $ at.

We were preloaded for 530s and IRs. All four pylons were missing. I'll try rearming but should not have to. Respawned several times in the mission and it was persistent.

Have not seen it mentioned..maybe I missed it. Missle pylons missing in MP for host and client. Have not checked SP yet. Have not checked bombs or wing tanks. Center tank is ok.
