  2. Zu dem Thema empfehle ich dir mal folgendes Dokument der 476th Virtual Fighter Group - da wirst du bestimmt was Passendes finden. Es ist wie schon gesagt abhängig von der Situation (abzudeckende Fläche, Abwurfhöhe etc.).

  7. Then you purchase the BS2 upgrade ("DCS: Black Shark 2 Upgrade 1.2.2 (English download version)") and download and install the file - integration into DCS World is done after this.
  8. As already mentioned that's the way it is used in aviation. I have set up a mission with strictly west winds - according to the briefing and editor it is "blowing towards 90°" at a speed of 9 m/s at ground level. So if you convert the speed and direction you end up with 270° at about 17 knots. During takeoff I checked my CDU and came up with that ... :)
  9. Take a close look at page 206 and 207 - there you can see that the units used are knots and feet (and not m/s and m). The direction given in the briving is "blowing to" - you need to input "blowing from" in the CDU. Therefore: - convert the wind-direction by adding or substracting 180° - convert windspeed from m/s into knots. I have attached a briefing screen and have also included a track in which this data is typed into the CDU. Ground = 0 feet 2.000 m = roughly 7.000 feet 8.000 m = roughly 27.000 feet (will turn to 26.000 feet in the CDU) 4 m/s = roughly 8 knots 7 m/s = roughly 14 knots windedit.trk

  13. Actually the only time you would want to have all of them fire would be if the pods were boresighted. As soon as you deflect the pods the onboard cannon would be useless - unless you would want to fire in two different directions ... :D

  17. Sehe ich auch so. Zum "nur Herumfliegen" ist sie eigentlich zu schade. Wenn man sich mit den Systemen wie Gunpods, Autopilot vertraut gemacht hat macht sie richtig Laune. Im Gegensatz zur A-10C ist sie in manchen Bereichen sogar etwas knackiger. Hier ist nix mit TGP auf Wegpunkt ausrichten und alles wegrotzen was dort steht. Hir darf man sich dann mit dem komischen Shkval herum ärgern ... :-D
  18. To be honest I don't remember the ED price policy. Is it likely that the price of CA will go up once it is final or will it stay the same?
