  1. Deinstall then reinstall your burning software after you install FC. Some people were having issues with their burners after starforce was installed but the above fix worked in those cases.
  2. Burn the dowloaded installers to a disk then :p
  3. Yeah the missions running tonight were made in 1.1. One of our mission builders is on the case as we speak. A few guys connecting forgot to set their connection speeds so it might be that. Server was great for me.
  4. Thanks Chizh. :D
  5. One question from me. Is the new black skin mod compatible with the patch?
  6. What I usually do is to use registry utility first Before formatting your hard drive. Save the registry entry created by the utility to disc. Reformat your hard drive. Install windows, drivers, Lock-on then enter registry entry saved onto disc. Everything should be ok then without loosing an activation. If not you always have an activation to save yourself. :p
  7. Only happened to me twice yesterday and both times was when I tried to join the 169th server. Noone in hyperlobby seemed to know why it only happened in this server and not any others. I haven't tried to join 169th since these faults happened. Been on S77, 504th and RF server with no problems. Server settings perhaps?
  8. 1. They are trying to. search for "Patch 1.11" is forum search 2. Each aircraft need an individual AFM written for it and AFM for 1 aircraft takes 6 months to write. So we are talking 3 1/2 years to write the AFM for the 7 remaining aircraft types. 3. No Idea on this I don't suffer from straffing lag.
  9. The story I heard was like the story above in a f-15D on a training flight. Pilot was IIRC a Major with the instructor being a captain. I think that was the ranks but anyways the pilot pulled rank when instructor told him to eject.
  10. Where? I don't see anything... Neither did you. :p :D
  11. Actually all the Russian aircraft apart from the Su-24 and heavy bombers (Tu-22/95/160) use the FAB-250p version. I don't think that the Su-25/T/TM would do much high speed high Altitude bombing. :p
  12. Yep and a few Northrop flying wing prototypes there as well. The graveyard is quite interesting.
  13. Yeah at least 3 pics are photoshopped. They show nothing on the right hand side where as two pics on the ground show large stumps where the wing spars have sheared off. Also it was reported that the emergency hook was ripped from the aircraft so that might explain the lack of one in the real (if any) pics. I only rmember the pic with the 2 pilots being published Prinzartus: the emergency hook is used on land based USAF fighters such as F-15C/D & F-16C/D. The system needs a runway with the propper emergency equipment (a slightly raised wire across the runway with a complicated weight system attached to it). Instead of stopping the aircraft immediately like a carrier based system the land based system gradually slows the aircraft down. Land based aircraft cannot take the stress of a carrier style trap system.
  14. Yes GA, your movie making skills never ceases to amaze me. :D :icon_axe: ROFLMAO
  15. Try the Latency tool to change your card latency. Might help you. Unzip and run LtcyCfg2 Find your graphics card on the list (latency is usually 256), right click on it, click change settings, enter 64, click ok. Go to settings menu, click save. then reboot. Helps improve FPS and stops the stutter found in the likes of BF2. Although the usual "I take no responsibilty for your system yada yada yada" applies here. :p
  16. I am using the official 77.50 drivers. Did the usual clean up, turned off all overclocks on my system e.t.c. and tried this. Results in 3DMark was as follows; DNA-Force 2.0.7777 - 5,331 Forceware 77.50 - 5,731 I have yet to find a driver better than the official 77.50 release.
  17. I knew what you were trying to convey from the start mate and it didn’t really need correcting but as you know others cant resist shouting "pwned" and correcting people. Just so happened they corrected with the wrong info. Is this were I shout "pwned" :icon_wink Didn't notice the scavenger/hunter names either. Nice one. :D Anyways the reason for this post is for BGP. He ya go mate, Just for you. A TU-16UM "Mushroom" 4 seat trainer. Hope ya like it.
  18. Still is possible. Shift - N to switch off Betty/Nadia .
  19. I would have to agree as well. We don't need toe brakes yet.

  21. This. :D Sorry couldn't resist. :p
  22. Yes the R-27EA is not used by the RuAF. Politics as usual. The R-27EA was removed in 1.02
  23. "Black shark" is the name given to the Ka-50, it is also known as "Werewolf". As you know the Ka-52 is the "Alligator" (look ma it's black) :p My mouth is watering already. :D
  24. KAB-500Kr This bomb is intended to engage ground (water surface) targets such as railway bridges, reinforced concrete shelters and runways. It is used as part of front-line aviation armament and dropped from altitudes of 0.5 to 5 km at a speed of 550 to 1,100 km/h. In terms of performance characteristics, it is the most advanced model of 500-kg size bombs having no direct foreign equivalents and boasting a TV homing head with target data correlation algorithm processing. The bomb has the following specifics: - it is fitted with a highly accurate homing system immune to jamming; - does not impose limitations on maneuvers of the carrier aircraft operating on the drop-and-forget principle; - ensures engagement of low contrast and concealed targets if their location relative to surrounding landmarks is known; - can be dropped singly or in trains, including the attack of several spaced apart targets in one run; - ensures engagement of a wide array of targets, including hardened ones, owing to the HE concretepiercing warhead. KAB-500-OD CONTROLLED AIR BOMB This bomb is intended to engage ground targets such as manpower and fire emplacements defiladed in mountainous terrain. It is carried by Su-24M, Su-25TM, Su-27IB, MiG-27K and MiG-29M front-line aircraft and dropped from altitudes of 0.5 to 5 km at a speed of 550 to 1,100 km/h. It ensures defeat of concealed targets whose position is known by reference to landmarks within the field of view of the homing head. The KAB-500-OD differs from the KAB-500Kr in the warhead.
