  1. Simulated piddlepacks would also be nice.....
  3. Every NH-90 has FBW... you develop not 2 different steering conecpts in one model….
  4. That could be used not only in F-16, that feature would be working in every module….
  5. Then you also add a "Cutoff-Position" at the lower end and you are done.

    Air Show

  7. Nope. Just X and Y Axis... depending on Software you can map the ruder on X.. I know it works in BMS, in DCS I can`t tell you. Did not more than 5 hours in DCS since I got it with the A-10.....
  8. Nice sound.. but why the hell you guys always want that extreme noise? Never had an fitting HGU-55 on your head? This sound is nice, but in game I do not want sound like flying without anything. With earplugs and a helmet it will be much less noise than in all the YouTube videos…

  12. You will also see on your fuel flow instrument how much you burn…. ;) Then you can reduce some AB power or add. Much movement is not needed. You will not use different stages during a dogfight, but if you just want to make some speed you do not need full gate for this.
  13. There are differences between that stuff you have and the stuff that is available in the jet or used by pit builders. Normally you have a 1:1 contact to a poti or a HAL-sensor. But you are stuck at about 90° of movement or maybe less. In the real bird the throttle moves a poti not directly at the axis of the throttle arm... In my first pit I used a smaller gearwheel at the axis and a smaller one on the poti. It was about 1:3 in size. So with the 90 degree movement of the arm I moved the poti 270 degrees. This gives a much wider range and much better feeling ;)
  15. The pinky switch is used already in the F-16 for display options… But on the throttle at the warthog for example should be a free button.
  16. You need more than just 1 detend…. There is the Cutoff Position, the AB detend….
  17. I do not think you will hear an correct answer somewhere here on this board or on any other public location… even the implementation of the RWR-function in 99,5% of all public is not how it is in real life, it is a big cheat box that works fine for us but does not effect the real life. Same es you will never get a real simulation if the E/A-18G Growler of something else likte this bird…. EW-topics are always something you can burn your fingers very fast if you know details of systems so you better keep in general thinking and confirm anything they talk about
  18. I like the Realsimulator things, but their force sensing part is worthless with this big size :(
  19. If not needed ;) From the piont you are calculating with troubles you take it with you. Same as wing tanks.. a center line tank is okay for training, there you do not need the ECM on center, if needed you can carry them on 3/7. But if you plan to fight, 2 370tanks are always with you. They also help you at bad landings ;)
  20. But without frame and others there is much more landscape. Your head is just below the top of the canopy.. there is plenty space before the canopy frame comes.. so much more visible landscape than in any other module since now...
  22. It makes als sence in tactival envoirement. With full wing tanks you might be too heavy for takeoff with 2 big bombs, 2 AIM-9 and 2 AIM-120... in this case you take off with empty tanks and fill them up after leaving airports airspace… Just because the jet CAN takeoff with 45.000lbs does not mean that you should do that…. they often try to stay below 40.000lbs takeoff wheight...
  23. The idea of the hooks within the air force is not stopping an aircraft at full touchdown speed like it is at carrier ops… it is used for stop it at the end of the runway if nothing else works and no other arresting device is available, normally far below 170kts an F-16 has at touchdown…
  24. :smartass:
