  1. I have reinstalled Windows about 2 weeks ago. DCS has been reinstalled from ground up. For the other modules that I own, ATC works. This is the only module that has issues with ATC.
  2. 115VAC is on Manual during startup. After I switch on both generators and all 3 Rectifiers, I switch 115V and 36V to Auto. And radio still doesn't work with 115/36 on AUTO, OFF or MANUAL. I noticed that on the Radio Source panel, the switch automaticly moves from R-863 (YKB) to JADRO (CP) position whenever I request something like engine start up.
  3. I have no mod installed. It's a completly clean DCS. This is how it always appeared on my sim.
  4. Here it is in images. As you can see, after I set everything, I still get that black line and ATC does not respond. Both aircraft and airport belong the the same Red faction (Russian). In 1.2.14 it was working.
  5. Is it me or the radio is on the fritz again with the latest update (1.2.15)? I set the batteries ON, radio AZS ON, Switch from ICS set to Radio, choose AM, set the correct frequency on the radio panel and when I contact ATC, no one is home. In 1.2.14 it was working.
  6. I've updated my RAM from 4 to 8Gb and I experienced no problems.
  7. Between 2100HP and 2200HP is around 5% difference. And that's for ideal case. I will check with my manuals later with the exact numbers there. @GunfighterSIX: PZUs are used during take offs and landings at heights bellow 50 meters. Above 50 meters you don't have particles to ingest so no sense of keeping PZUs ON.
  8. We have two Mi-17-1V and one Mi-17-1VA. It was opted to remove the PZUs to take gain of the 7% engine power loss during PZU operation.
  9. The PZUs can be installed also on TV2 engines. We are operating 3 Mi-17s for 12 years without PZUs.
  10. I want the MiG
  11. Hm, updates start to annoy me.
  12. So, if I open the blister window the ground crew does what I tell it to do via the communications menu although the "Ground crew" line is blacked up. The ATC still doesn't respond and also soldiers cannot be loaded in the helicopter via the communications menu.
  13. So what's up with the radio? ATC doesn't respond and I cannot contact ground crew, the ground crew line in the radio menu is blackened. I have this issue after 1.2.12 instalation. Any thoughts?
  14. Has anyone to shut down the engines and then restart them? After the last update, AI-9V restart was not possible. Somehow the batteries didn't provide enought juice.
  15. Same here. When I press the Start APU button, the batteries just die.
  16. You have to land very close to the downed Mi-28. Around 100 meters away.
  17. It does have a campaign.
  18. There are six rotary knobs. Also look to the right shoulder of the flight engineer.
  19. I can live without the G-meter. I hope it can be disabled.
  20. Upload a photo with the upper center panel. The one with the fuel pump switches.
  21. It's not. It's designed in such a way that you do not need a checklist to start or shut down the helicopter. You will see it when you'll learn the switches and knobs.
  22. The door cannot be opened in the sim.
  23. Although they do look almost alike, they are two different helicopters. The exterior model will not require that much work, but for the systems (engines, electrical) they will have to be redone almost from scratch. The starting procedure is different and it will be very interesting to be flown in hot days. You have to be really patient as seen in the film bellow If you fly a Mi-17 like a Mi-8 you will be safe, if you fly a Mi-8 like a Mi-17 the ending will be unfortunate.
  24. For an Mi-8T, the one with TV2 engines, I would pay.
