Ya, this is really old news. In fact, much of the video footage is fake.

could you give us a little more info? Like is it arcadish or realistic? What do you do? Do you just fly around or do you have missions? Is there a good reveiw somewhere?

Ya, very cool idea i like the progress, just one idea. The camo netting is supposed to be camoflouge, to me, it looks like it gives the tank away. If you are to share it, instead of making it a color that looks correct in real life, i think we should make it look camo for the lockon world...

The thing that turned me to saying never was the "Live" part of the ads. See, i dont mind that if in the game, i see an add put up there, like as if i fly by and see a bill board with BK, or KFC, but when it says live, that means those adds will be loaded onto my computer, instead of being an object in the game. I dont want that loading onto my PC. I think it would though add imersion if you could have an object and i have an advertisment on it. Like a static billboard.

This sounds like the same problem almost... I cant figure it out. It would be alright with me if it was a bug, but it works for others and has worked for me also in the past...

See, that is the funny thing, i was recommended a codec by someone on this sight, and tryed it out. Well when i went to go test it, it froze. So ofcourse i unistalled it, but it didnt quit, just kept freezing. IDK, but i hadnt tested the game recorder for almost 6 months. I assumed it was working, so i installed the codec, when it didnt work i just quit. Here is the odd part-my computer freezes up even before i get the option to choose which codec i want to use. Like as if i open up the track, go up to click on AVI recorder, push it and it freezes, the frame to select codecs and other junk never shows up, like i said it freezes before i get there. I do have the codec installed that comes with lockon, the xdivx i beleive, or something like that... Anyway, i havent been able to figure this one out Edit-Iguana posted this while i was typing, the alparysoft codec, that was the one i installed. I am not saying it caused the problem, but that was the codec i installed, and then thinking it made the problem i unistalled it. Maybe it never was the problem, but that was the codec.)

I make my own tracks, go to click on "Record AVI" and the game freezes. The only thing i can do is ctrl+alt+del. I reinstalled lockon but it still didnt work. Does anyone know why this is?

i am not sure what you are asking, but i am assuming you want the text to disapeer off to this side, not just fade away, correct? To do so you need to mess around with the Video FX and use the time meter at the bottom. If at the beginning you want the text front a center, you leave the border you see and leave a marker at 0 seconds. If you then want it to leave the screen 2 seconds later you put a marker at 2 seconds on the meter, and move your border off the part you dont want to see anymore. Remember, depending on where you place the veiwing screen compared to the screen you had go out the corner, it leaves in that direction. This may be a little confusing, you should contact me via something so we can talk, i can help you learn some basics if you need it. I highly recommend though that you get the Vegas 6 manual and read it. Also check out free Vegas tutorials, those help, just search yahoo! or google.

Hey guys, just thought i would ask, even though you probably are not close to this part... Will Mitch's A-10 cockpit that he reskined from the original work with the new model lo-fi and deadman, and if not, will there be any attempts to fix/make a new skin for the pit, considering the one that Mitch did actually make the pit look more realistic.
