ok, it seems that you can't change the radio frequency in cockpit (like one can do in Mi8). Only channels. Now it is up to server admins and mission planners to do it in mission editor.

Hi folks, Hopefully, this question wasn't asked before. Searching didn't help much. Decided to ask here. How can I talk to ATC in Nevada using Mig21 radio? For example, I am in Nellis AFB and I see Chan 12 in map. Used channel 12 in radio to talk but no response. The RSBN and PRMG works quite ok though. Either the ATC folks are very rude folks, or they don't understand Russian and I'll need to use sign gestures :megalol:

Just started to fly Mi-8 after a couple of months hiatus. Damn Elite Dangerous :mad: Anyway, I noticed that Mi-8 flies a bit like a crab. I mean, it goes to the desired heading but nose is slightly pointed +5 to +10 degrees off the coarse. Illustration photo attached. Yes, the heading autopilot is on and feet not touching the pedals during flight. The axis curve settings is at 20. Sorry at work so no screenshot. anyone faced it? Any idea what can be happening?

Hey folks, I am looking into CH sticks as my X-52 Pro might need retirement in near future. To be exact, I am looking into fighter stick and pro throttle. Noticed that CH sticks have trim wheels on them. And I would love to have a stick which can give me an opportunity to trim to aircraft on all axis (aileron, rudder and elevator) using wheels or similar. Not intended to pay 200€ for a trimming deceive, something like this :D: http://www.simw.com/gf-lgt-ii.html (Unless you know of some other cheaper option). Hence my question is: Are those trim wheels on stick work as trim surfaces for aircraft in game? Or are they merely some adjustment mechanics for joystick? And any other joystick recommendation which can survive longer and got trim wheels? Warthog seems to have plastic inside in them. Saiteks build quality is appalling and Logitech needs a quick retirement.

EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC is 299€, and this runs fairly cool at high loads. 2. I am not familiar with AMD drivers. Last time I used HD 5850 from ATI times and drivers were kinda crap.

Hi folks, So i am aiming to upgrade my system, and I am wondering if I should go green or red...or in other words RX 480 or GTX 1060. Hopefully this topic hasn't been discussed to death already (specially about these two cards comparison). Obviously, I would also need to buy a compatible monitor with such card as well (G-sync or Freesync). There are certain things which makes me wonder, such as: RX 480 got 256-bit memory bus while as GTX got 192-bit RX got 8 GB while GTX got 6 GB GTX generally have better GPU clocks than RX 480 And how are the drivers from both vendors these days for DCS titles? Note: I am aiming for 1080p gaming

The way that works for me is to decrease the thrust to minimum during ground attack and pop flares. Then full throttle and bug out of the hot zone. Obviously I am talking about Su-25/T.

The only AP I use is to to make plane level before/after doing anything. You don't want a plane trimmed to something else during an attack run.
