Aha.. but the animation in the throttle makes it goes the right position so why not just allow it to just move the the desired position as the animation? In the F14 is the same, and I can select any I want independently where the 3D switch is, or the function is active at that moment.

Yes, I know that, and the way it is going to be made. And for sure I understand your point of view. But I would love to see the feature I said previously, and of course activated or deactivated in the advanced options. So that way you can fly the F4 the way you feel is more natural, and I can fly it the way I would love it and everyone would be happy. I understand that if I fly a mission in Caucasus with my friends, and then next week other in Siria, it doesn't have any sense in real live to have a tear a wear in that plane as reality, but for me it adds a full set of possibilities and fun, as I would treat the plane as mine, and would take much more care in all missions, even I know it is totally unrealistic. But for me DCS is a SimGame that adds possibilities I couldn't reproduce in real life. I think just having that feature for future campaign designers will just make the feature irrelevant for the 90% or more percentage of flights we make, as usually we just fly with our friends, everyday in a different mission. Maybe for servers as ECW would be perfect for sure, but for me it would be a shame, as it would be non sense to make the future walk around in a plane that you already know is "new" already because you are not in a dynamic environment.

I think I read that the tear and wear would be only for dynamic campaigns. It would be lost opportunity if also we wouldn't have the personal airframe in any kind of missions we play. Single or multiplayer. Would be great to have that degradation in the plane with every flight we make, and of course possible to fix in special options or other place, or just deactivate the feature. In case it is only in the dynamic missions, we will need to wait for those missions to come and play them to use the feature... and right now there are not so much of those type of missions, unless one day ED would release their dynamic campaign system.

I have assigned my TMS warthog for it, and to exit from Guns, I cannot go TMS UP (FWD) but I have to first go to TMS Right (short range missiles) and then press TMS Forward (medium range missiles), While I suppose it should allow me go directly from GUNS to MRM with the TMS Down (Guns) to TMS UP (MRM) but it won't allow me.

Ok, thanks. So I suppose there was a mistake allowing the set of waypoints in the TGP in previous versions. I any case I knew they where never tarket points. Just aims to visually allow ccip to them or just create later a markpoint to be used as target. -

Yes, thanks! I read that info previously and didn't find any relationship or change with this one. As said in Chucks PDF we can define those offset points just selecting them in the OBS10 and then pressing TMS up to define them. Previous to 2.9 those points OA1/2 where able to be selected, but the tms up didn't work correctly. Now there are no options to select them, because they are not created in the DEST page. BUT previousy in 2.8 they where not created also, and they where able to be selected in the TPG OBS10 button. I suppose then, that function was wrong so it is removed, or that there is a bug here. -

Another issue! When we move the steerpoint associated to those OA1/2 it is ok that it moves those points aswell. But what is wrong, is that after making an CZ to the steerpoint. The OA1/2 triangles and visual in the TGP correspont to the points previously selected. So again we have to enter the distance and heading to both points to put the right position of both triangles. -

don't know if anything is wrong in 2.9 but now I cannot cycle to OAP1/2 in TGP when they are not created in DEST page. So I cannot set offset points with TGP as the Chucks manual says (maybe he is wrong) -

ahhh I have discovered. in TGP OBS 10 changed to OA1/2. Thanks! But if we do not have TGP? -
Don't know if that is normal behaviour. 1. Go to DEST page OA1 and create the triangle offset point. 2. go to TGP and move the target STP point so it moves also the offset triangle. 3. press CZ in the STP point. The Triangle disappears, but still the DEST page has the info in it. I have to put back all info again and enter to make it appear again. I use this mission in steerpoint 1 kkF16.miz

Hello! in Chucks PDF in page 721 he shows how to designate OAP1/2 with TGP. But this not works correctly in the F16. When selecting in the OBS the OA1 and TMS up, the steerpoint moves to the new OA1 and changing the OBS to OA2 it goes totally off the initial steerpoint. CZ doesn't help here. I use this mission to work with with Steerpoint1 kkF16.miz

Is this working? When I press enter after tms up it doesn't move the whole navigation path. PD: It does. I have to set a year previous 1985? to not have GPS

Hope so, because 3 times I had already this 400 error. It seems that disconnecting the LAN cable fix it, but I fear the user that says he lost every module he has. -

Same, but MT was not working ok.. Even reset computer, no joy. Just unplug and plug again the LAN and correct. Thanks! -
CTD twice times same place. When CAP starts to launch Fox2 and they miss. With the Mig15 DCS can be very very frustrating sometimes...
