Does anyone volumteer a track or instructional video, I just can't seem to be able do it. I used to be able to, but not any more, not sure if that's related to recent flight model adjustments, or lost skills on my part.

How to do cross wind landings in the Bf 109? Because of the narrow landing gear arrangement, it is impossible for me to keep the plane from tilting and falling onto one of the wings as the plane touches down, as the result of sideways forces such as wind and crab. The narrow gear set seems unable to absorb the resulting torques. Any advice?:helpsmilie:

ED emailed me a serial number, but there is no box that appears in the module manager that allows me to download this campaign (I hit the refresh button a zillion times). The same happened to me when I tried installing Nevada some time ago, there was never any prompt that would let me install it. I had the use the command line option. What is the command line procedure for installing this campaign?

Hi guys, thanks for the answers. Actually I meant an in sim method close to real life. So, F10 is not an option. Ask overlord is fine, but he answers in bull's offset coordinates, and they are not very useful in a Mirage, right? (no offset cdu page to convert it into real coordinates as in the A-10C...)

Because the M-2000 uses a drogue aerial refueling system, we have to use the S-3B tanker instead of the KC-135 tanker, right? If so, I have a question: how do I find the S-3B tanker for a rejoin. I mean the KC-135 allows you to set a TACAN frequency in the mission editor, but there is no such option for the S-3B, right?

Easier than the A10? Not for me. I can refuel in the A10C OK, but in the M-2000 it seems to be impossible. Main problem is that the airplane holds the correction: if you push the stick right momentarily, it banks the aircraft and keeps that bank angle indefinitely going further and further right, making small corrections near impossible. In the A10 you push the stick right momentarily, it banks right momentarily, then straightens itself out, resulting in a small path correction. Any tips?

How do I switch between the different modes? The manual describes the different modes, but, as far as I could see, does not state what buttons I need to press to switch between the different modes, or where the indicator for which mode is used is located. Another question about the radar. There is a radar warm up setting of the radar switch. How do I know when it has warmed up and is ready to use?

looking to join squadron or something similar Hi, I am looking to join a squadron or something similar, meeting in the evenings or on weekends, US time. I own all the DCS modules and maps other than combined arms, but generally fly only the ones with clickable cockpit and non-simplified flight models. I have various degrees of proficiency with the different modules. I can start them up, take-off and land well enough, but have only rudimentary knowledge about weapons deployment, radar operation and radio navigation. An ideal squadron for me would be one that flies several different modules, trains new pilots, and has friendly members and not necessarily hardcore military types. I'd appreciate it if someone pointed me in the direction of a suitable squadron or club. Wolle aka Mad Max
