did your internet provide change something? i have the same problem, but i know the reason on my end, my provider only gives me an IPV6, and with that i cannot host, at least as far as i'm aware of. if anyone knows better please correct me ;) regards, RR

hi folks, i need some testing i think. but first off, do you like to fly from batumi? i do, but i think 10 spawn locations are just not enough. but i might have a solution, hehe: nice view, aye? but those are not statics, you can actualy rampstart there :) what i need is multiplayer testing, 'cause i just dont know how good it works there. in the attached rar file is a folder, put that into the mods/tech/ directory, i think all know where to put the mission file ;) have fun with it, hope you like that as much as i do! regards, RR PS: 6 uh-1 are on AI uncontrolled setting in the mission file, you might need to change it, and the Mi-8 doesnt like the small room as it seems ;) Helopad.rar

nice job, little "problem" wit the IX514, the fences around the ship stay up on a client while for the server they appear down. any chance to fix that? if not other possible by disabeling the animation that seems to be behind it? regards, RR -
i'm not sure if it is a diffrence. never tried, but i would guess while beeing immortal, you cannot break a wing or something in a high G turn. so beeing immortal seems not to be the "perfect" solution ;) but i might be wrong, as said, never tried it.

if not using immortal setting, i would make moving triggerzones on the client aircrafts, and let a lua script check if a released weapon is within it, if so, remove the weapon by script and display a "client xyz hit!" message. i know it is possible with lua script, although i cannot create it. regards, RR

found it: An activation will be required if the hardware/software changes exceed 12 points as rated below: CPU ID: 13 Windows PID: 3 Computer Name: 3 Hard drive volume serial number: 3 MAC address: 6 RAM amount: 6 *source: FC3 manual so for the graphic card it is not needed.

hi, you will not loose any progress. all you need to know is there: activation stuff most likely you woudnt even have to do it, but next time you would change hardware, you would loose an activation, so just do it now ;) somewhere is a point system that explains when a new activation would be required. regards, RR

also bei maximal 1500 umdrehungen scheint die batterie zu laden, aber damit fliegt kaum einer schätze ich. wie auch immer, ich habe mir vorläufig angewöhnt die batterie im flug abzuschalten um sie zu schonen, das zielvisier schalte ich derweil auch aus, damit das blinken net nervt. keine glanzlösung, aber es funktioniert..... RR -

1: ja, kannst sofort fliegen 2: ED wird später auf EFM umgestellt und es soll ein upgrade geben. über die VEAO seite kannst aber auch gleich die EFM version kaufen und kannst bis release des EFM halt mit dem SFM fliegen. 3: geschmackssache, spaß zu fliegen macht er, kann allerdings nicht viele waffen tragen, aber das ist ja auch nicht seine aufgabe. hoffe es hilft, RR

ich wage mal zu behaupten, dass wenn eine radargelenkte sam auf einen geschossen wird, dann macht man was falsch. ein heli sollte ja eher in bodennähe operieren, bzw. gelände ausnutzen, und in diesen höhen sollte man "normalerweise" eher IR bodenluft raketen vorfinden. aber das ist nur meine unqualifiziert meinung ;) lg, RR

one should take into account, that the first module is always the one with the greatest workload. for one the obvious learning that needs to be done, how will that or this work within the sim, etc. in a second module, you might not have to create all from start, you might have a altimeter i.e. that is used in two or more aircrafts, so no new 3d model needed hopefully, and the code behind it can be reused as well, or at least parts of it. same for ED and the hornet: they create a whole new air2ground radar system, when this is done, it must not be created again for another aircraft, although there might be some tweaks to it for one special aircraft. so calculating the price for a module is not simple, but i gets less expensive the more modules get created. of course, the first module is the most expensive, even more if you see the need to create parts in a way that they can be used in other aircrafts as well. much planing needed ;)

warum die hornet und nicht die eagle? ich schätze auch ED weiß um die wichtigkeit eine multirole fighters ;) hornet versionen: A - erste in die genommene version B - siehe A, aber zweisitzer C - weiterentwicklung der A, heute noch im einsatz D - siehe C, aber zweisitzer E - im grunde eine neuentwicklung der hornet F - siehe E, aber zweisitzer G - elektronische kampfführung, ersetzt KEINE der vorherigen versionen, eher als EA-6 Prowler ersatz anzusehen hatte den eindruck das könnte mal von nutzen sein ;) RR

as you can choose multiple options, the % shows only how many % of the total voters chose an option. with single choice it would be 100% if sumed up. so the results are correct ;) RR
