Svetlano, you can go to your SST program and when you move the ministick it will highlight the buttons for it, it is at the bottom of the profile you have set up, there is 2 buttons that light up and a "slider" for speed adjustments on them, set this to more than 50% and the speed is increased considerably, hope this helps.

You don't Zad, you want it on mouse mode because the ministick is a mouse, the key to getting it to work is going into the "axis commands" section of the planes and setting the "TDC slew horizontally" and "TDC slew vertically" to "mouse_X" and "mouse_Y".

Yes it takes a bit of getting used to, the reason why I went back to this way (used to use it in 1.12) is because in the Eagle using my hat stick was fine (up, down, left, right) , but, in the Su or Mig the hud is much bigger and it was too slow for me to use the hat, so by using the ministick along with a speed slider I can now lock on targets much quicker in the Russian planes.

Yes I admit it is quite easy, I love the Eagle and I am happy with the upgrade, BUT, I am also afraid it will very quickly become an F15 vs F15 online experience, the trend is already there at times. I believe based only on reading material and news clips that it should be and is very deadly fighter with better radar and other items and the true life engagements have proven it as well, BUT, again if it does become such an easy fighter to kill in it will for me hurt the sim because I don't wish to fight online all night against Eagle vs Eagle just because. Yes i agree it could and does have much more to it in real life and realism is great, but, to the point of the sim becoming boring as far as fighter vs fighter then that makes me nervous, I have always been for the underdog in life and this has already sparked my interest in flying the Mig, at least when I do kill in it I know it was not from very high altitude, 2 120's in the air and notch or leave the fight, it was from having to be more creative and use my mind more and study the situation better. Please don't take this the wrong way, I love the Eagle and am real happy with the upgrades, I just am picturing a future of almost entirely F15 online fights with a SU or Mig just thrown in there. Has everything possible been done for the Russian birds based upon the model and era of the planes so as to help to at least quell some of the arguments? or has it been done in 2.0 and this is just how it is? I am not trying to start anything here bad, I just want to see the community and the sim shine together for a long long time that's all. I fly everything and love it all and there is so much to the sim, but, online for me is were I have the most fun and I dont want to see that ruined.

I searched and read what was available but I cannot get it to work, so, could someone post a screenshot of there X52 profile or send me theres to see how to set my ministick to TDC slew, I want it to slew in all directions not just up, down, left and right. Thanks all Is there something in the sim under axis commands section I need to change or add? NEVERMIND i figured it out.

Thanks exorcet, I only disagree with ECM after you have been found, looks like there is a short supply of Mig pilots out there.

My first love is the Eagle, but, I love this sim and all planes in it and my next favorite to fly is the Mig29S, it is a beautiful looking inside and out plane and very challenging to get kills in, especially now in 2.0 and so I would like to know from the dedicated few what are your proven tactics for this plane. I know the radar is limited in range and so is the fuel capacity so with that in consideration what are best ways to fly it such as defense of small radius around airport location, low level medium level altitude, low in valley, best throttle settings for fuel consumption, favorite armament for online, ECM usage, basically any tips your willing to part with for enjoying the online expierience in this plane.

ECM...here I am over here, what's that my altitude? Oh my altitude is ?? and I am 12 degrees right aspect off your nose, thanks and in appreciation here is a 120 for ya. It has it's place, but, often not in most situations, it simply a big flashlight in a dark room.

"facts are fact" You have yet to show any what so ever, as a matter of "fact" no one here complaining has for the year and model the Su is for this game. Eventually this thread will be closed since it is pointless, plenty of others killing in the Su, check your skills.

No. the F-15C which they made it MUCH better "accidently" in FC2.0" hahahahaha...no, you only got kills "before" because the F15 was not up to date with how it originally should have been and you were simply popping off ET's without a worry nor any skill on your part, now it is up to what it should have been and you are getting spanked because you never took any real time to learn how to fly your plane because you "knew" the Eagle was porked and you didn't need to. All those Eagle pilots had to resort to using smart tactics to down the SU pilots and now it has just made them even more better at spanking people like yourself:D
