  1. If you were in the MiG-21 in front of another MiG-21 with their lights on, your jealousy would be cured. The MiG’s lights look good but shine through the cockpit, in fact, the MiG’s lights are always on, even when retracted, which shines two spots below the airplane as she taxis. Also, they’re over powered in the daytime.
  2. Left ALT + L? That's from memory while at my work desk.
  3. I agree that the DMT-LST and TPOD codes can be changed. What good would a FAC(A) do being unable to change codes to the weapon systems of others? Did the Harrier Stores page have the awareness of the GBU’s code? Perhaps information provided with a mission data load to the computer. In a completely different airframe that I have deep knowledge of, one can set the ordnance’s LASER code from inside the “cockpit”, as well as slave the designator to the weapon code or to “Lase Only”. If those codes don’t match, they get a caution, as well.
  4. I wouldn’t balk at a change to adjusting the LASER code for the bombs only being selectable with the engines off and canopy open on the knee board, like the Mirage
  5. Posts after mine have been assigned to the extra slots or reserves but JG-1 and a few others have been omitted.
  6. Exactly why I carefully said, "they".
  7. All short clicks or double clicks are a little less than 1 second. SSS double click down - TPOD to HOTAS mode when video is displayed. SSS short click aft - Toggle area and point track. SSS long hold aft - Inertial Track mode. SSS short click left - Toggle wide and narrow FOV. SSS long hold left - Enter LASER spot search mode. SSS short click right - Toggles between white and black hot. SSS long hold right - Toggles between FLIR and CCD (day TV) sensor. SSS forward - Deselects TPOD video and disables TPOD HOTAS mode. Undesignate - Slaves TPOD to A/C CMD LOS.
  8. There is but forum rule 1.16 prevents me from copying and pasting or even referencing the manual you can find it. I'll summarize in another post, here.
  9. That is the confusing part of the way they worded the update:
  10. Most are on the HOTAS, though some functions of the TGP that you could use the A-10C's HOTAS must be interacted with the OSB on the MPCD.
  11. Jagdgeschwader 1 (JG-1) JG-1_Britchot (M2kC, Harrier, or F-16C) JG-1_Klaiber (M2kC) JG-1_Jonne (Su-25T, MiG-29, or Viggen) JG-1_Erhardt (M2kC or F-16C) JG-1_Razwald (M2kC or MiG-29) TBD Either side to balance.
  12. Also, drop it in a -25° dive, as I learned here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=208695
  13. Nope, me too. I unplug/plug in the cable at the headset.
  14. "...a couple of guides..." :music_whistling: I just wanted to chime in as one of the many that cherish your efforts in creating and maintaining all these wonderful guides. I only have had the time to deep-dive the manuals on a couple of these deeply detailed modules, but your graphical representations and ease of reference format allow me to enjoy the rest of my virtual hangar.
  15. I flew the other day and accidently locked up my wingman with the AA Special Modes and was able to unlock using HOTAS binding (TM Warthog TARGET profile set to backspace keyboard command), without issue. However, it wasn't locking him with the TDC, which could be a causal factor. I'll check further when I get a chance.
  16. I'm using a PD of 1.2 on the HP and it's fine, as well. 1.0 makes the mirrors unusable.
  17. Is the RWR range limited to only 40nm? Testing against the F-14B and F/A-18C, we don't get any radar returns from the SPO-10 until we were within 40nm.
  18. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=173565&highlight=skyhawk The original post is a few years old but was the only firm response from RAZBAM. However, their roadmap still doesn't list it, so it's a ways off, if it does get made. Prowler111 mentioned this in 09/2018:
  19. I just want to chime in on this thread as being one of the more informative ones in this forum. Thank you to all that have received and troubleshot the Reverb since you received your headsets. I finally met a window of opportunity to purchase the headset and am looking forward to implementing all your lessons learned. I would have been a day 1, also, if I was quick enough for it. But hey, even the late bird can find a worm, even if it's dried up on the sidewalk.
  20. Using the dedicated server software (Open Beta) set up on a personal, yet separate PC. The mission is mildly complex, with trigger zones, AI convoys, AI tankers, and AWACS. Server load is light, between 3-10 pilots, with 2-3 Harriers operating off the Tarawa.
  21. We (my squadron) have had pretty good luck with a single toggle. Obviously, results vary. My point is that it doesn't prevent using the carrier completely, as CS implied.
  22. You can still use the carrier, it just "delays" your first attempt. Select another slot and then back to your original choice to spawn. Annoying, though.
  23. Try it with the anti-skid off.
  24. Greatly appreciated by all of us, Alpenwolf!
