Last week we saw a big update from Wags and this week has been turbulent becouse of 1.2.5 release. I do not expect a big update today. Maybe copy/paste from the newsletter.

Agree with you both. The slip indicator is glued to the center. I can understand if they want FC3 aircraft to be easy to fly. Here's what I think they should do: In the options menu under the "special" tab they should add FC3 and add a checkbox called something like "A10A realistic flight" wich disables SAS and enables independent wheel braking. Everyone would be happy if they could make that work :)

No independent wheel brakes. No progressive air brakes. SAS seems active, but it was a long time since I flew the A10C so I might be wrong. Good news: All chemical weapons have been removed from the game. No more nasty green explosions.

I don't see them. Perhaps ED don't want to confuse us with icons for modules that has not been released yet, or maybe they were removed for FC3 owners?

Confirmed ! I just tested it and had the same results. A-10A now has AFM but trim does not work.

Wags just mentioned in another thread that they just fixed a bug that made chaff 10 times more effective. This bug has been in the sim since march. This probably means we will see very different missile behavior soon. Let's hope it get's included in the next hotfix :)

I haven't read the whole thread but here's a comment for you all: You complain about the reliability of BVR missiles, right? It's the same after IRL conflicts all the time. BVR missiles have never lived up to what they were supposed to do.

To everyone that don't know if they should update or hold off: In my opinion 1.2.5 is better than 1.2.4 even when taking the new problems into consideration. I don't regret updating :) It solves more than it breaks.

Would be nice to get an updated 1.2.5 changelog. The last one is getting pretty old now.

I have seen slight drop in FPS when there is a lot of bullets in the air at the same time. I haven't looked into it much but I have a feeling that it is due to ballistic calculation bogging down the CPU. This gave me an idea. Ballistics should maybe have it's own CPU-core if possible in the future, like sound has it's own in the current version. :smartass: Edit: Sorry for off topic, and sorry if I am wrong...
