Sorry if this is the wrong place, did not see a huey forum. My view keeps snapping to a zoomed in over the dash view, it's very annoying, anyone know what the keystroke causing it might be so i can clear it off my confiig? It's Huey out of the box and my hotas Warthog. here is a video of the view 'snaps" thanks!

Hiya guys, I recently upgraded my Gfx card, and unwitingly had to upgrade just about every other system component i had left, So I'm stuck with a new shiny great comp, and a pretty dang decent comp that's mostly intact, also I notice a serious lack of un-pass-worded servers for DCS so My questions are: would a system running an ASUS M3n72-d MOBO, an AMD phenom 9950 Processor and 8 gigs of the older ram ddr2 or whatever, and either a single 9800gt or dual 9800's if nessicary be robust enough to provide a dedicated 24/7 server for mainly DCS, and possibly other games down the road? I would obviously need another copy of windows, but is there a specific server windows/program I need? Would I need to purchase a 2ed copy of DCS? I have never delved into the servers before but would love to contribute to the DCS community with one if I can, What Server "read up" or educational sites can you all recommend? Thanks Fellas

try that. Be advised I like to slave TGP to HUD steer point and then scan for targets if target area is near known steerpoint, not the way this guy does it, but should be what your looking for

Long time ED flyer here, really enjoying this game and I love to hear others "wow" Moments. Mine was just my past flight here.. Georgian hammer campaign about mission 8 or so, take off an early evening flight, set up all my systems and head out to my IP way point, towing 2 JDAMS and 4 AGMs.. Trim up a LOT to compensate for load differential and the torque, and trim into a 15 degree climb over the mountains. a PERFECT blazing sun is just starting to set along the mountain ridge from my direction (man that thing looks good in this sim!) and I'm flying right into it, actually squinting as if I were outside. Well I execute My Jdam from about 18000 feet (instantly have my left wing drop sharply as my load is displaced... re-trim) and crack a wry smile as I watch the bridge explode on my TGP's Monitor. I send a call into the JTAC from way up here in the air and get my co-ords entered on the fly, find my new waypoint on the TAD and get lucky finding a Shilka first, set up another high level pass and boom goes the dynamite on that bad boy(another awesome wing drop and re-trim), JTAC authorizes re-attack (first time!) and I drop down to a tight orbit at 7000 feet, systematically marking, and killing with AGMs the 3 Tanks, and one poor BDRM.. JTAC calls in and says "no More targets, thanks for the help" (another first).. I hit the shoreline and blast back to Batumi just over 500 feet as dusk settles in... I swear I could here that Top Gun music as I flared on touchdown. All those little touches make for an amazing experience... Thanks ED and all who helped for giving me a way to waste a few more years :thumbup: Whats Your Wow moment?

What They said... Also It really helped me to do all the TGP / weapon training missions multiple times, like 5 or 6 times. It can be a pain to sit through the boring bits but the repition really helped me to grasp the mechanics and parlay them up to the next system. Check the youtube links stated above..... those are gold. Also i highly recommend you start with full sim realisim (other than outside views) if you plan on enjoying multiplayer. Labels are a BAD habit! :)

When did they add VTOL to he hawg?? Im pretty sure the white smoke from various smokestacks was billowing low and hard in wind direction at the end of the movie (on short field landing)

Ok... so use the described method to get the mav. On target then switch to mav and use seeker head to attain lock? Easy enough but the range seems so short to be. What should we be expecting in terms of range? Perhaps I will play with the force corrolate. And yes I had selected the mav in the dtms. Thanla

Ok Im missing something here... Been tryin to get these MAVS working and I'm doing all the steps above but getting an error on my mfd NO TRACK LAUNCH IHBT, and mav never locks up.. What am I missing?
