Any Huey experts? I am baffled.. Suddenly my Huey throttle is kicking back down to 50% or less, seems random and autonomous... Any help? Example video of it here... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxC7RsdQT_E I thought maybe it was EGT but I have been flying with the EGT system for a couple weeks now, and this has just cropped up today. Even happens if I'm on the ramp with chopper cold and dark (I watch the throttle rotation) Thanks!

Hi Guys! I know Dragon is no longer supporting his mission packs, so I would ask the community, Am I correct in thinking that his JTAC Training map is not working in 1.5.5.6xxx? I can't get em to answer and just want to make sure I am not crazy? Anyone suggest a good map that has some working JTACs on it so I can better myself? Thanks all!

Mission one, no voice overs will trigger after the 1st waypoint. Radios are tuned, Sam picture is briefed before take off, I await wingmen at 1, have them formed up while we head to other waypoints, Make sure they all fly right through the WPs. I watched videos and do it exactly the same as them, but I hit my altitudes and speeds more precise. any ideas guys? Im about to put 3 rounds through my monitor in anger. -Edit - just tried it for the 10th time, I'm pulling my hair out. Someone tell me what I am doing wrong? (can Fast forward past the non pertinient stuffs) -------> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXgCLuzxWy0 at 19:05 the Tad goes a little wonky as ship 4 passes through the WP, not sure if that has to do with anything Looks like a couple posts from a few months ago talking about a patch breaking the campaign, is that still an issue ?

Hi Snacko! I Am really considering this purchase, but I also play other games like FPS with mouse and keyboard, That tray looks a little small. Do you feel like it has enough room and is sturdy enough to comfortably play other games when not flying? Or surf the web, answer emails, Ect? It looks like the unmodded tray can by default be "swung" in and out? thanks!

I think it was the QNH setting, for whatever reason my Mission (Practice) started on the climb-out after takeoff and the setting was a few click off. I adjusted and took my time, got though it just fine. Great post about the difference in the Altimeter settings. Thanks again!

Hello, Enjoying the challenge! I keep getting terminated for altitude on my first final approach. I seem to be mimicking Recon Stewarts Vid, am and locked in at 2500ft, with my speed and heading also within parameters. Any Idea what I am Missing?

I just pulled a template out of the game files, it was in DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C

got tired of not having a US Mirage, so tried my hand at a skin convert, it's over on LOF

This took a minn for me to figure out as well, set your country as France for the plane :) That fixed it for my Mirage, not sure about the other planes though. Now - Anyone know the filenames for the .dds They are using for the 2000c?? I can't find the skins and want to mod in my pilot name and a couple other tweaks, are they not available yet? So Excited, A question though. I re-bought all my DCS content through Steam a while back on a re-install as I had a mix of steam and ED stuff and It was hard to get em to play together. A clan-mate told me he thought DCS was killing they're "contract" with steam, and I should just get everything on ED again? Anyone shed some light on this? Will Nevada map, and DCS 2.0 not be offered on Steam? IF it will is there a release date? Thanks, And can't with to Bomb all those smelly hippies at burning man!

Still get 8-13 FPS on the lift and hover tutorial, and at the end of the first campaign mission.. Landing with 8fps after 30 min flight is NOT FUN! I just don't understand it. My rig should be capable of delivering acceptable frames. here is what I have tried added the .dlls to the bin like mustang said, no change unchecked FF no change turned off tsaa and msaa to 2x, no change uncheck run full screen, no change. CCC is all on use application settings Game is thru steam, on an SSD that only has a couple other games on it. i5 2500 (not K sadly) intel DP67DE mobo 16 gigs ram xfx 7990 windows 7 64bit DCS A10c always ran fine back when, as well as BS, I really enjoy the huey but want to enjoy it with playable frames all the time, not just when Im far away from populated airbases. I'll buy whatever I haveto in order to enjoy it, who has a config that is smooth all the time? Is the i5 the problem perhaps? Should I sell my 7990 and get a titan instead? DAVESGAMINGRIG.txt

Sorry if this is the wrong place, did not see a huey forum. My view keeps snapping to a zoomed in over the dash view, it's very annoying, anyone know what the keystroke causing it might be so i can clear it off my confiig? It's Huey out of the box and my hotas Warthog. here is a video of the view 'snaps" thanks!

Hiya guys, I recently upgraded my Gfx card, and unwitingly had to upgrade just about every other system component i had left, So I'm stuck with a new shiny great comp, and a pretty dang decent comp that's mostly intact, also I notice a serious lack of un-pass-worded servers for DCS so My questions are: would a system running an ASUS M3n72-d MOBO, an AMD phenom 9950 Processor and 8 gigs of the older ram ddr2 or whatever, and either a single 9800gt or dual 9800's if nessicary be robust enough to provide a dedicated 24/7 server for mainly DCS, and possibly other games down the road? I would obviously need another copy of windows, but is there a specific server windows/program I need? Would I need to purchase a 2ed copy of DCS? I have never delved into the servers before but would love to contribute to the DCS community with one if I can, What Server "read up" or educational sites can you all recommend? Thanks Fellas
