  1. I proudly announce the creation of a DCS terrain development team, formed by 2 well known mod developers, Mithandra and SUNTSAG, you can see some of their work at SUNTSAG youtube channel (BFVG). We have already set our 1st project, but until we get the green light from ED, it will remain undisclosed. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnMdglLzp7KBkLiaNiq9N-Q
  2. I´m not into creating hype about anything, simply put, there is something i still can´t discuss in the open..just not yet
  3. Well, I´m particularly worried about letting this train leave the station! (not Super Etendard related)
  4. Not quite..
  5. Algun entendido en el conflicto del Atlantico Sur del lado argentino? tengo algunas dudas que quisiera eliminar, enviar MP, gracias
  6. In the FSX universe where you could get away with some stuff it was feasible, in DCS, which is a whole different beast, you can´t, or, lets say, you shouldn´t under the risk of staying 2 to 3 years under development, production costs would be staggering high and a lot of other factors which together they spell "production hell"
  7. Dont get me wrong..its coming as scheduled Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  8. Pretty much
  9. This is an ED issue that is being worked on
  10. We are currently enhancing the LHA-1 and preparing a whole fleet of n ew ships
  11. Amazing pics! Wonder if you guys grant me permission to use some of them at our FB cover pic?
  12. The wing shape in Av-8B and Gr' s harriers was drastically changed from A/FR/Gr3 versions Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  13. Ow..should i kill everything then? fixed link https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/600266/?sphrase_id=9759609
  14. The gears are moving, there is a new guy who is checking stuff up...at his pace, no rushes, so whenever something comes out i´ll post it here, just keep the hype under control, it can take a long time since A. is not a priority (sorry for this guys, i´m just being honest here) B. It´s up to the person who accepted the task (his time, his priorities). On the bright side, it does not affect in any way current scheduled projects(which are all moving)
  15. I´ll have to check with the team, but if there is something, it might be a Desert Storm era one
  16. So, at the end i think a C-130 is, let´s see how this can be a reality in DCS, stay tuned...no deadlines, no release dates, NOTHING on this yet, i don´t even know if someone from the other dev teams reads this as well and call it dibs..
  17. Quite some years back, when i was developing the EA-6B for FSX, i learned that it was a federal offense to take a pic of the right seat position unless the equipment was removed (which they did for airshows), while it was not a threat, it was a "wake up call" i received.. Even as you can find schematics of all 4 positions (but not of the ICAP III) the way they perform is strictly classified. E2 would have as much the pilot/co pilot position, while for the real AWACS function some kind of AI must be needed (created) increasing development costs and..well..you got the picture
  18. the whole idea is to bring something new, but at the same time not stepping on those very sensitive against civvies in dcs toes (as a form of respect towards the community as a whole) Some pointers Heavy choppers, well, we plan on doing one EW airframes, well, most if not all is pretty much cloak and dagger stuff, against of the "by the numbers" atmosphere in the DCS community, just saying..
  19. Right now im working in the High Res Tarawa version, if differences are not that dramatic..we´ll see
  20. And the reason we can´t mention them is because we still need some licensing to do and it will be a breach in our main licensing and a HUGE yadah yadah
  21. Sure, suggestion taken, BUT ours is not going to be the version used by the FAC, but the 3 MPCD´s Block2 version that was introduced with the Indonesia sale and became Chile and Ecuador´s version and is the base for the US built version and subsequent sales, while the exterior is quite similar (give or take a few antennas) cockpit ergonomics are different and data presentation is different as well (not dramatically but not the same, in any case any air force A-29 pilot would find him/her self at home with either version). Making this clear for the purist crowd.
  22. Speculations..speculations, i don´t like the little childish hype game, all information will be given in due time..******-****-* is the same as ******-*****...just saying..
  23. In a simple, polite answer.. NO ..sorry
  24. Actually, not really.. Here we have a production line, like a car assembly or aircraft assembly if you may, the Mig-19 is in front of the A-29, the A-29 is in front of the *-*** and that´s in front of the ******-****-* and * and so on...
