    DCS Tucano

The AT-27 Tucano for DCS, from RAZBAM is not happening any time soon, sorry
  2. Oh! I'm in!..let's see if this thread gets enough attention and we'll see.. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  3. Simply amazing..it screams Gr7

    DCS Tucano

AT-27 Tucano is shelved, not quite sure when or IF we´ll get back to it, what´s being under development is an A-29 Supertucano which is right on schedule.
  5. Once we have an A/G radar in DCS, it will happen, we already have the 3d assets and they are not the ones we used in FSX or SF

    LHA-1 Tawara

    It´s a work in progress
  7. FYI, the Tarawa is being upgraded, you´ll see enhancements in weekly updates

    F-15E?

The F-15E is just waiting for the "play ball", a LOT has already been done...

    T-2

The problem is production costs, for us to devote time in the T-2 we might have to kill another project, say the A-29... We´ll revisit the T-2 eventually, a lot was done 3d wise, but right now we are quite busy with other projects
  10. The 3d developer in charge has run into some personal problems, but will be up to speed shortly
  11. Sorry, not a chance, it we ever develop a -5 it will be an independent module at full price, the differences between iterations of the same aircraft, in this case, are very critical
  12. Don´t worry, they are in NTTR because i fly almost exclusively on it since it´s the closest to either Iraq or Afghanistan around..
  13. Thank you all for your comments regarding this particular one, the Plus will appear eventually, as the GR7
  14. Well as it is currently, you´ll have 2 options, either the Tarawa or the Kuz which currently is the only Ski Jump carrier in the sim, it´s all about creating a mission for it taking off from either of them.
  15. Who is RD again? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  16. No..the LHA will be available during the constant updates till final release Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  18. Yes, the hover/VTO stop is modeled, and works as it should In fact, the only features missing for the moment are the moving map and some TGP functions, the rest is pretty much functional, regarding the avionics, regarding external model, there is a basic damage model (but the logic is there, so no "no wings" fly ability)which will be updated/upgraded with each new iteration. HUD gives you accurate information in a proper manner, even as some of it still needs to be tuned up (yeah,we are aware of the pitch ladder not properly behaving with the flight path marker) Flight model is pretty much accurate, and i can openly say that the current AV-8B pilot that tested it, was very much comfortable with what he got from us, even when he put it to it´s paces, but it will be fine tuned for the ultimate simulation experience. I feel very confident to say that this is the most accurate AV-8B representation to date in ANY publicly available simulation software, and as such, is very complex to operate, that´s why it has to be checked more than once.If you find the Mirage 2000C complex to operate, this is perhaps 3 times the workload, it really makes you respect the fine gentlemen currently flying them and taking them to war. And this is the version without a radar.. Regarding our schedule, yes, we are still on it, what Eagle Dynamics is doing is double checking what has been done, and I´m glad they are doing it, if they feel safe taking a couple of weeks, i´m all for it, the great members of this fine community sometimes forget, it´s not either fast or easy to put out there a product, even worse one with the AV-8B characteristics, and i know this as a FACT, since i spent 13 years publishing flight sim add ons by myself. Sometimes it´s not just the product itself, but what surrounds it. So this is my story, and I´m sticking to it, mainly because it´s true. So, if you feel like bashing us and/or our product, please do so, bottom line i´m sure once you got it, you´ll enjoy it. Or maybe you´ll hate it out of frustration, the only thing i can guarantee you is that you´re going to spend many hours learning to operate this bird, and no, you can´t pull "true lies" stunts with it.
  19. It´s going to be early access not the full plane yet BUT with most of it´s features already in it. And, please, i try to keep a direct, clean communication with the community, i consider RAZBAM a professional and linear company, we say things straight, no hidden clues or childish stuff like that, if you don´t hear it from us, then is a plain, unfounded rumor. Thanks!
  20. Guys, let me be emphatic on this, it´s not me trying to get even more hype about it, it´s mainly because we are under an NDA (yeah i had to play the NDA card, sorry) and we are under heavy testing. This is an extremely complex aircraft to operate (not just fly it) and i´ve been flying it almost 5 hrs a day either under oculus rift or Track Ir 5, not to mention ED´s tests as well, and we are working hard to put it out there as bug free as possible for an early access. These last days my sole purpose has been to break the plane and deliver a broken plane to the code and/or 3d cockpit dev or the AFM dev (which has done a marvelous work!), it is a brutal process (and at the same time we keep revising whatever the community finds as a valid bug or miss dev), so be on the watch for ED´s news, and what we (or I) post here, FB or Youtube , once again, we are on schedule.
  21. well, you´re very wrong..:-)
  22. To add some info on that (once again i can´t discuss my sources) NA´s are still pretty much active (while in lesser numbers...and those numbers are going down steadily) , and most pilots prefer the NA over the Plus since it´s lighter, not so much nose heavy, and allows you to get back on the deck with either more fuel or some ordnance still hanging under the wings (a HUGE no-no in the plus), and while the Plus does have it´s advantages, like a ground mapping radar and capacity to acquire moving targets either on the ground or sea, the main sensor currently in use in these aircraft is the Litening II FLIR/targeting pod, or ground lasing, making the use of the radar superfluous. While under USMC use the Plus can be considered a "nice to have" capacity, in Spain and Italy´s navies, it´s a critical feature, given the fact that above all the functions they perform in the same way as the USMC, they are also "fleet defenders", and their pilots are versed in air to air combat.
