  1. Anyway, anyone who reads the report should read between the lines. Pilot is unfortunately dead to hear his side of the story. What I believe is hypoxia taking its toll, no control inputs from pilot for 39 secs...pilot couldn't reach EOS ring for the same reason, hitting the ground nose down smashing M1.5. There's too many evidence that oxy system and whoever installed it is the one to be blamed with murder.

  3. Nice to know that!
  4. So pilot's wife and kids are to provide the funding to IRS?!
  5. Look at those violent maneuvers at 3:07!
  6. IIRC sonic boom sound is acivated when thin needle reaches M1.0 On the other hand MACH gauge is activated by air volume flowing thru pitot tube so lots of false data is possible. Planes like Su-27 have 3 pitot tubes in total (nose, left and right panel below canopy) to prevent this from happening unlike MiG-29 that has only one on the tip of the nose cone. Damn, I haven't flown my MiG for ages...
  7. R.I.p.
  8. Back from the days when we had twelwe flyable:
  9. Perhaps I should post this to a FC3 wishlist but here it goes: Ability to change formations (shape and separation) between steerpoints for AI flights. They always fly echelon so no fingertips, trail, stack or abreast for AI pilots... 4 ship F-15C flight in echelon during CAP is highly unlikely IRL! Ability to create triggers upon reaching waypoints that split 4 ship formations into 2*2ship or 3ship/1solo for making opposed surface attacks.
  10. Should be! Same goes with Mavs.
  11. Here's my landline best results: Ping is never greater than 30ms - that's awesome if you ask me but, DN - never greater than 4.7Mbit UP - happy if at 0.20Mbit and this costs cca 30€ per month...real SNAFU with Croatian T-Com...
  12. Yeah that seems more dangerous than any onboard stuff that survived the impact. This wreckage is pretty solid, was it hard landed or was it uncontrolled crash?
  13. 70% hydrazine / 30% water solution is used for APU but it's sealed in a accumulator so it highly unlikely you've got it sprayed over the crash site or wreckage. This 70% hydrazine solution is as poisonous as your cycling spandex knickers.
  14. HB Sobek...have a good one!
  15. Hazards such as?!
  16. I thought F-15 aircraft had no issues with asymmetric payloads. At least according to GGT's post here.
  17. Repainted BORTs?!!
  18. Bob, Those parking revetments ate TOMCATZ' work, right? And hey, is that Mineralnye vody airport? Runway seems very wide allowing 3 Eagles in abreast TO formation. I wish for more wide runways in DCS/FC world, current ones seem a bit too narrow (40m wide on average).
  19. On the other hand, if anyone of the crew had any control they would probably nose dive and crash it somewhere remote so noone except CIA (or who ever owns it) knows of its crash site... It's fishy, and we'll probably never know the true reason of it. Perhaps just some internal affairs within UAV pilots...:joystick: Guy obviousely wanted to deflect but forgot the board the UAV.
  20. Your Hawk model is beautiful, any chance of sharing this model?
  21. No, this is... :P
  22. That's a great looking fish there.
  23. A-10 is a bit too slow to fly into SAM detection range and provoke a lock.
