  1. I heard of it but I'm not familiar with outcomes of that crash! This particular Mi-6 I stand next to is today located in Croatia and as you can see is flyable no more. It was an ex Aeroflot MEDEVAC aircraft that served in Ukraine during disaster and helped transport many exposed soldiers and scientist to Kiev. It was flown to Belgrade in 1988 where it was supposed to be turned into a firefighting aircraft. It finally ended up in Zagreb in 1991 and with collapse of Yugoslavia it remained there. Today ATF units of Croatian MOD use it for hostage evacuation trainings.
  2. How in the world did they reach 22.000m with Su-30?!!
  3. I've been there, looking for U-2 ;) Actually this is the Max level flight altitude for MiG-29A in FC. IRL it is impossible!
  4. Can you add these to all airbases in the map? As a permanent structures? Perhaps by editing the terrain file, cause this would reduce the time needed to place it one by one in ME!
  5. Wait a sec....you said no aircraft requests?!! Why?! I opt for MiG-31... In case of static models I'd liketo see some shopping center in Krasnodar!
  6. There U go! I am glad it worked for U! BTW is it a Valery/Gys F-15C model?
  7. Adder, it's very relative...faster you fly with greater pitch you'll cover more angels per second! Logical isn't it? However best and most recommended way of climbing to ceiling is pitching for 0.9M. You'll notice that you'll have to reduce pitch as you climb to maintain 0.9M. Air density is lesser up there! Full AB throughout the climb! But if you wanna climb from say 5.000m to 8.000m in least time, firewall your throttle gain some speed and pitch up 90°. You'll probably overshoot but you'll climb as hell!
  8. I guess it's this one! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4lE6HcBPxw
  9. What do you mean Russian?! Was it stolen? Was it mined in Alaska? Was it mined somwhere within USSR state borders? I guess Soviets lacked it during MiG-25 testing! :smilewink:
  10. His got his preplanned angles he sticks to! No unwanted slides only sharp flying here!
  11. I'm happy 4 U guys! Please upload all your videos of RIAT here! I'll attend MAKS 2011 next month so I can return the favour!
  12. Anyway, try increasing vis setting and report if it helps, might be useful to many!
  13. That demo pilot is intentionally flying like that!
  14. This helo was there as well, it was used for medical transport of workers who got exposed during sarcophagus erection. More pics of it.
  15. Does this mean that visibilitiy distance setting can mess 3D object LODs?!!
  16. Cool! Lots of intersting videos I guess!
  17. LOD issues I guess. Entire Fuselage seems a bit too edgy. look at the tires!
  18. Hey, we should should all meet somewhere in Moscow! Perhaps at Eagle Dynamics room at MAKS. Let's discuss it over at dedicated thread!
  19. Alien technology being tested! BTW they also say Roswell crash was a soviet aircraft! :P
  20. Are you saying your aircraft isconstantly wobbling left - right during level flight with centered stick? Now there's two types of flight models with FC2, advanced Su-25(T) and simple like everything else. Advanced (AFM) is tricky to control but if this issue happens with simple flight model (SFM) aircraft you should probably calibrate your joystick properly! Try adding more curve and increase center deadzone a bit. PErhaps this helps, I never use AFM aircraft for pitch/roll input test runs and I always disable weather (wind and turbulence) when I test it.
