not sure what you are rigging... sounds like a puzzle... I tell you, the plastic is just cheap junk... probably Saitek spent $10 making them, the rest was profit... JUNK !:joystick:

mine Saitek pedals broke a long while back, I am very easy on mine.. the plastic springs must have been to strong for the extreme cheap junk plastic design,, the parts that hold the springs just broke off on both sides with months of each other.. Saitek is out of their minds if they think people will keep coming back. I have used Saitek sticks for 15 years. They just keep going downhill. :joystick:

well, it runs update when I start it, and I ran it, I just had to wait one day for it to work again.... no one else figured this out... so if you choose 'not now', you have to wait a day or so for it to ask again, and allow it to run update..

Two days ago, there was no update, that I know of, then last night, we flew and when I started DCS it said there is an update. I was worried that the host had no yet updated, so I declined, using the option 'later'. Now after we flew I am going to run the update. I started DCS, and now it doe snot ask if I want to update... what the ?? :doh: how do I get the update I delayed... thanx.. update, I ran dcs update file, and there is no update, so I am really confused now. I have v 1.2.8.27203

time for new pedals,, the stick is worn too,, just tired of wearing our Saitek plastic and Saitek plastic breaking... yes I voted

good news bad new.. it maybe fixed, but I am not complaining or saying any info is wrong, but I did have to reset my axis controls on all aircraft I have and fly. I have to fly much more to see if truly fixed.. in any case, I am still happy to see that the support is great.. I do remember this fix now but totally forgot ...:joystick: thanx all S!

views often get locked to rear in A-10C. No I don't have trackir. I cannot unlock the view it just goes back to pointing backwards (the tail end, if I try to force the views with keys.) Maybe there is a conflict with keys, stick, etc,, but I can't find it. Anyone else had this problem? Saitek X52 Pro joystick (not sure if that is the problem, or something else..) thanx:joystick:

well, after 14 years with Saitek I am ready to go elsewhere MY latest Saitek is an X52 Pro, and when new great! but after a few years, the rudder pedals plastic breaks apart. The buttons start sticking... and am looking at the Warthog... or CH... Simped pedals also interest me. in IL-2 it seems ok,, and even CLOD,.. but nothing but grief and problems with bogus inputs in DCS for a while now. I am afraid of another major investment only lasting a short while once again. I am not a strong person, not do I abuse the equipment. The plastic just sucks. IMHO :joystick:

DCS Ka-50 Blackshark 2 would be nice,, I only have the upgrade and it's a pain to setup whenever I need to install the upgrade with BS1.. thanx

dammit, IO fired up my TS3 and DCS the other night on squad DCS night, and TS caused me al kinds of problems,, and come to find out it isn't just me... introduce fixes and goodies for TS3 and other flight sims and then DCS gets shafted.. can't win :cry:

I Cannot see bombs explode from the P-51. I drop them but never see an explosion. I don't remember if I ever posted this issue before, with the P-51D, but to my memory I don't ever remember being able to see the explosion. I always almost fly with others and they tell me they see the explosion or results of the explosion, the damage, etc... but I never do. I fly a lot of other flight sims and don't seem to have problems with others.. just the bombs in the P-51D, but al other bombs in other DCS aircraft seem fine. I see them go boom~! Any ideas? :joystick: btw, I do go through the arming sequence, but will check on the procedure some more... it is a weird procedure with the toggles.. Thanx

yes,, Win 8.1 is working with all my apps and games, flight sims, etc..

I still don't understand how to get my DCS modules transferred to Steam.. I have Steam.. I also installed the DCS on Steam, and have had Steam with other games and sims for a couple years. But how to get my FCS, A-10C and more over there. I don't want to uninstall my DCS products and DCS world until I know it will transfer over correctly. Maybe the project isn't fully ready yet, or al the instructions are not out yet.. I did see some instructions to move FC3 over, but they failed when I tried. I also would prefer not to lose my stick and control settings... thanx..

I know some people will be pissed, but so what,, I want to say I hope they don't screw up the American and Brit flight models again like they did in IL-2 and to some extent in CLOD. They bungled our planes on the allied side pretty bad. Even when real pilots who flew many of the planes tried to tell them what needed fixed they fought back. We stil have some WWII and Korean era pilots who flew planes that are in IL-2 sim, and had long engineering and flight careers, and had data to supply and back-up the data. But it was ignored.

yeah, I wondered why the sounds/voice got screwed up..... I hope they fix it... the 125 patch screwed up in game controls I had to reset them all too.. :cry:

During auto update,, it stopped, now refuses to continue update. How can I fix it?? :helpsmilie:

we still have the weapon recticle problem... sits too low.... no TrackIR is on computer,, no 3rd party software or utilites... Nvidia GTX 460 video card... etc.. all of us in our squad have this problem.. :joystick: Thax for the help..
