I have no clue if anything here helps... I don't have Tars, even though it says do, I had it a long while ago for a very short time, but it was taken off my computer many many months ago,,, I only tried it many months ago. I don't have any other chat programs, no other plugins, on TS3, all I have is up to date. Windows 8.1 up to date. I don't know why the dates say what they do, maybe the actual log files creation dates are from the dates shown but, the crashes occurred just a couple hours ago, on Saturday 01-31-15, between 6 pm, and 9 pm PST. =================

I really like Aries, but, even with the new version (AriesWingsRadio1.973Beta.zip), while flying in DCS, it freezes my TeamSpeak and jams it, so it no longer lets me communicate to others on my TeamSpeak. I must stop it, and restart my TeamSpeak, so I can continue using TeamSpeak. I believe I set it up correctly, following the instructions. it works good at first, but after a few minutes, TeamSpeak just stops working. I have to exit out of DCS to desktop. Re-start TeamSpeak. I guess there is a log file somewhere that might tell me what is messing up. I will go look for that.

the famous bang when running up the engine before takeoff will blow you out of your chair if** they reproduce it! (often, the turbine was throttled faster then it should, injecting too much fuel, causing a bang, and often a backfire from the flood of fuel.. that bang could be heard for a very long distance and from that sound alone, everyone knew it was a a 104 on the runway..)...

When I serviced a Spitfire during an air show in Germany, the crew said it was all original, except no guns and they a added a modern radio... so, the info about not being original wartime configuration... just had me thinking about that.... and...re: P-51 in IL-2, the fuel tank behind the seat caused us great problems in IL-2. Oleg flat out refused to fix the fuel problems and totally ruined the flight model.. regarding the fuel load, balance, and order of fuel tank draining...

it's hard to tell size in photos, but the Mirage is very large, the F-5 is very small, relatively that is, the F-100 was very large, compared to the F-86. etc..etc...

not sure if they fixed build quality, but I have used Saitek for 15 years, not going to buy again,, I am scared they either didn't fix the cheap plastic or it got worse,, for the first few years al was good, the buttons became flaky, sticky, the plastic tabs holding the springs in the pedals broke... the pedals used to came off of the tracks, even with the fix it kit they sent me free many years ago, but have no come off the tracks lately.. I have had the X36, the X52 pro and the pro pedals.. next round I hope will be the warthog, not sure about pedals, the prices have gone crazy though, .. at one time $300 to $350 covered pedals and stick, now it looks like $700 for flight sim stick and pedals!! totally insane,, in China it probably cost them $10 to make! if CH made decent software for flight stick equipment I would go with them but the software sucks! the hardware is very good!

I know this project is on hold, but why can't it find the files? ''DCS/User/Config/Path" ?? I keep trying to give it file but it doesn't want any of them... is it because of to many code changes and the program could not keep up with the patches? anyways.... oh well.... sorry it could not be kept up with all of the changes... yes! I noticed the tires blow way too easily, if you use the brakes much.. and if you try a corner at more than a crawl they blow... very weak tires now...

(both red and blue sides) ) well, we have tankers up, awacs, and such, but comms, and with the awacs giving the tanker location is **working ok now..., but I cannot hook up to the tanker very easily, I know others that are successful, so it does work, but my hands must shake too much,, and in the mission creation, designation the task parameters for tankers, comms, orbit, etc... it would be nice if there were better instruction, besides calling the tanker, and asking for fuel, more technical direction,,, if that's what someone has in a mission, yes please pm me, or tell me where, thanx.. We have some very good mission builders, but, I am sure there is always stuff to learn.. and as far as there being an easy way, with a way to stay hooked up, with shaky hands, probably no such setting... thanx!

Tanker training for inflight refueling? btw, I have been in a KC-135 refueling fighters when I was on active duty. Anyways, any training for this in this sim. In the past I did get some training in one of the sims I used to fly, maybe that was Falcon 4 ? Thanx :joystick:
