  1. No need for appologies, RightStuff :-) And yes I also dislike the slew on the TM WH :smilewink: You may want to check out Dojo (476th vFG) review on a mod for the TMWH; And http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=146073 It not going to give you a new mini stick but may impove the feel. Cheers Hans
  2. RightStuff, I think you may be referring to the mini stick on the Thrutstmaster Warthog throttle, right? This new grip is not for the TM WH throttle, it's for the old A-10A throttle which doesn't have the coolie hat, 4-way switch for radios and boat switch; http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1196549&postcount=118 Cheers Hans
  3. The depressible pipper is no. 9 in attached picture (manual page 357). You can move it up and down using the rocker switch on UFC called DEPR. Cheers Hans
  4. PM inbound :-) Cheers Hans
  5. Excellent Baldawg  I do not understand why you can't get it to work in 1.2.6 as mine are from 1.2.6. We haven't switched either by the way :smilewink: Anyway I am glad you got it to work if only in 1.5. And my pleasure. Happy hunting Sir Cheers Hans
  6. Very nice Sir  Cheers Hans
  7. Do not worry. I am not a programmer either :-) Just to make sure I am not overlooking anything. Have you setup the Leo Bodnar software to handle the encoders? Its available at the Loe Bodnar site. It's not enough to simply connect the the encoders to the board. There need to be a little piece of software in between the board and the DCS to enterpret the the signals. There is one for BBI-32 and one for the BU0836X. Cheers Hans
  8. Presuming that in "mission" mode means that you have set the STEER PT knob on your AAP to MISSION, then you can also enter the IP into you flight plan. All you have to do is to add an aditional waypoint to your flight plan and use the name of the IP that you have found when setting AAP STEER pt knob to MISSION. In the mission editor additional Initial Points can be entered, whcih will be readily accesible from the CDU. The CDU can hold over 2000 waypoints. In our standard training mission we have about 500 additional waypoint, e.g. for killboxes, entry/exit points for airports etc. If I misunderstood you question please just disregard :-) Cheers Hans
  9. When you say buttons I guess you mean push buttons as the keyboard bindings are in another file. In that case your should be able to use the original file, find the bindings for Landing/Taxi light, Position light, Inverter switch and IFFCC, replace these lines with matching lines from my modified one. So it's not copy paste, but copy and replace. I made this explanation based on others findings and it should still be valid; If it doesn't make any sense please let me know :-) Cheers Hans
  10. Hi Baldawg Sorry I think I completely forgot about the upload. Anyway here is my current (1.2.6); https://www.dropbox.com/s/gauju5bvxdrszuh/HMA%20joystick%20default%20-%20NEW.rar?dl=0 If you load it with the JSGME then it should be plug n' play. All you need is to map your joystick inputs. If you run into any problems just let me know :-) Cheers Hans
  11. Looks nice Nasty76  Couldt you explain the use of the raspberry pi a little more. If I understand it correctly then all it does is sending the info via ethernet. I just have the DCS-BIOS send info via UDP directly to my Uno with an ethernet shield. Your way of doing it may make perfectly sense for a clever guy but if you could give me a hint I'd appreciate it. Thanks looking forward for more pictures ;) cheers Hans
  12. He he I know what you mean Triise. I have tried to get W10 to work twice, but can#t for the life of me get the microphone to work. So back to W7, because it works :-) Glad your setup is working again :-) Cheers Hans
  13. Alt Hold should be working. I am using it all the time while in a wheel. Is EAC switched on and the caution panel clear of alarms? What version are you running. Current is 1.2.6. Cheers Hans
  14. Try this one Peter found; http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2232679&postcount=143 Cheers Hans
  15. Guys if anyone else is interested in buying Deadman's side consoles in the version that can fit a TM WH, just let him know. Otherwise he may halt further development on that part of the project :-( DM, I am in for a set of cause. Although I just need the "standard" version for a real throttle :music_whistling: Cheers Hans
  16. This should be a good place to start; http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1196549&postcount=118 Cheers Hans
  17. Welcome back Linden. Good to have you back again. Really looking forward to see progress of your new build  cheers Hans
  18. Nice. I hope someone here got the mag switch for just £5.5  cheers Hans
  19. Correct panel layout is tricky. Currently these available from Lars looks to be the best bid; http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=140867. Deadman has panels in the works measured off his real panel but they are not available at this time. Let me see if I can get a little time tonight and prepare the .lua file that will invert your MFD's. Shouldn't be too bad as mine are inverted and swapped.... just need to remove the swapping part :-) *Edit* this should work for you . I recommend you install it with JSGME (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=98607) Cheers Hans Inverted MFD mod.rar
  20. Nice. What push buttons did you use? Cheers Hans
  21. +1 Nice DM. Congratulations  Cheers Hans
  22. Hi AurelTristen, Looking really good so far  A small comment is that you may just want to cut a hole above you ADI for SMSC. Looks like you will be running Helios thus you can have Helios generate CMSC and then have DCS generate the figures for the panels. When you get further with your build and wan to make panels just remember that some of the texts are wrong on that cockpit. Depends on how accurate you want it to be of cause. We all takes short cuts somewhere :smilewink: If you want to then it is possible to turn your MFD's 180 degree so that the cord faces upwards. Anyway looking good and will be watching for more progress Cheers Hans
  23. Mag. switche One up for bidding; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171927464793?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l5997&_trkparms=gh1g%3DI171927464793.N34.S2.R2.TR11
  24. I am probably not reading this right Gordy, but the height you are referring to? Is that the throttle you mean? The LASTE panel is very small. cheers Hans
  25. Really nice looking Steve  Cheers Hans
