I've tried to put the advice in this thread into practice, but I can only see the "minus" appear in the circular indicator light. I could not get the "plus" to show there. Anybody got an idea what I could be doing wrong there ?

Yep, they are. They light up whenever the trim for that axis is in its neutral position.

And above all that, they understand what the word "customer support" means at CH. I lost the top of the ministick on my pro-throttle and they send me a new one for free, halfway around the world. I've had my Fighterstick, pro-throttle and pro-pedals for a couple of years now, and they still feel as new, eventhough I use 'em almost every day.

Just use the escape-key to exit the comms-window. Be carefull, escape also opens the exit-mission-screen when the comms-window is not open.

How and where do you increase these preloading ranges ? Would using a separate soundcard solve this problem ?

Mmmm, strange that ED can't make it work. It works perfectly in F4AF, so it's not impossible to do. I really had hoped that this got fixed.:( I thought the problem was only that the baskets couldn't be seen by the clients.

Hi, sorry to recycle such an old thread, but I think we should try to recycle as much as possible to save the environment. Even internet forum-threads.:D I've got two new questions on this subject. Forgive me if these seem noob-questions, I'm just trying to understand the concept. I'm flying the "Convoy Hunt" mission out of Kobuleti. Is there any way to get the RMI on the HSI to point towards the airfield-NDB other than changing the ark.lua-file ? I've tried to use the R-800 radio to pick up on the Kobuleti-NDB, but it seems these NDB's are on a higher frequency then what I can select on the radio. Is that correct ? I've still got to try the RMI on HSI in ABRIS though, so that might be the solution to my problem. Thank you.

I'm not saying he pushed the shift-key phisically. I'm thinking a buttonpress on his HOTAS is sending out an incomplete keypresssequence. And apparently it's one that requires a press of a shift button. Let's just say he has programmed the keypresssequende "shift-a" to a HOTAS-button. The complete sequence would be: 'shift-down/a-down/a-up/shift-up" But somehow the shift-up command is dropped from the keypresssequence, and thus the shift-key is "stuck" in the "down"-position software-wise. That's why he sees all CAPS when he tabs out.

If a shift-key gets stuck in the "down-position", each other button you press, will generate "shift-down" in front of it. For example, if you got a button on your stick programmed to send out "g", in this situation it will send out "shift-g". Try to hold your shift-button on the keyboard down, and see if everything returns back to normal.
