yes i guess so, still old clouds are in dcs 1.5. with dcs 2.0, i hope to see new ones. good point and good video! i beleive dcs 2.0 will change lots of things.

mig-21 performs smooth with update 2:) thanks
-
same here! hope for next update

yes clouds are too permeant, those screenshots taken at overcast weather with ticker clouds and lowest point to terrain. i did some test with tickness and altitudes but results are same. shadows looks same with clear weather day light. every object casts shadow and all object reflects daylight despite cloudy weather. not only overcast weather clouds , all type clouds permeable yes, they have a main shadow effect but could be more i guess

i have gigabyte gtx770 ,i7 3770 and 8gb ram mig-21 is the only one who loves stutter.
-
where can we lock fps?
-
mine is automatically selected to 60hz, isnt that enough?

Dcs World gained a deeper wiev with shadows a new dimension added to dcs and more to come thank you ed!

thank you mates:) atalia1, thank you for your advice, but i dont use overclock,it is on default speed. weird thing is my fps didnt decreased under 40 on any area on the map. i noticed that the batum is the worst place on my test.but my fps is high enough like 60- 120. i tested with msaa off but even though my increased fps ,stutter is still occurs. as paganus's advice ,i tried r-alt enter but nothing changed:(

yes, you corrected me.:) i saw buildings and trees cast different shadows during all day time but that is not valid for mountains and terrain. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=147711 here, this feature is not included in 1.5 ''Dynamic shadowing of the terrain and mountains'' i guess that will help to correct those weird shadows when 2.0 released. or following updates on 1.5 may fix
-
gigabyte gtx 770 oc 2gb 8gb a-data 1600mhz i7 3770 @3.9 weird thing is, generally my fps is good but micro stutters makes me feel like i am getting low fps.
-
i have micro stutters over batum area even though getting 60-120fps. especially with mig-21, stutters getting worse despite 60fps

Flaps bindings are unsettable to joystick switches

same here! cannot select options -
Yes that is way better than 1.2.16. But i guess dcs 2.0 may solve those terrain and tree shadows problem. Dynamic shadows will make big difference with 2.0
-
despite reverse light, those tree shadows looks weird at the back of the mountains. it seems ,at the back of the mountains whole areas need shadow.

does anyone noticed that while passing through overcast clouds, sudden weird white textures forms in cockpit. i couldnt take screenshot because screenshot doesnt show these weird textures.
