I subscribed near the end of the series, so I only got the last few, but they seemed fairly advanced. The included missions are pretty good. I just bought this special to complete the collection!

This happened to me last night, single player mission in the MiG-15...

me too. I tried opening the oxygen valve and didn't touch the air valve, it seemed to last longer but I crashed before I could be sure.

I noticed that too, thought it was my system! Glad I'm not alone!

I've noticed this after landing, there's also a nasty grinding sound like something is dragging... like the time my car dropped the muffler!

I guess I'm a guinea pig then! I've been applying DSR settings to all my sims & games, about 2700X1500 (double resolution on a 1920x1080 monitor). Good results so far, I'm getting between 40-60fps in DCS, but the radio and other text is small, as is the frame counter info. I tried 4k resolution on Skyrim but the microstutters killed it, 2k seems about right for my rig.

I just use the mouse for everything - clickable pit...

I haven't tried it but I read NVidea's GeForce Experience has a good video capture utility. You need to be using a supported card though, not sure which ones.

Hi and thanks for the campaign. I read the posts about low frame rates, so I tried opening each mission in the editor and then saving them (I'm on version 1.2.10). I flew sortie 812 for about 2 hours. My frame rates were mostly between 20-30, but for about the last half hour dropped to 14-17 or so. I didn't get any JTAC calls but the missions seem very interesting. The mission debrief showed activity from other flights, maybe they didn't need any help... thanks again!

Zychon, thanks, this is good info. I fought a Mig 15 for the first time last night, got plenty of hits and smoked him but ran out of ammo and fuel before I could shoot him down. It was a looooong fight!

you can see the knob turning if you know where to look - it's above the temperature gauges, in a recess under the main panel. I had to scrunch down to see it with Track IR.

Before I got a Thrustmaster Warthog I was using CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle hotas. There are some good A-10C profiles available for them, but they're not as easy to learn the sim with as the Warthog setup. I didn't really begin to enjoy or understand the A-10C until I got the Warthog, it made a huge difference!

beautiful MiG, can't wait to shoot at it! (probably miss though...)

I love the way the ADI tumbles when power is turned on - haven't seen that modeled anywhere else! :thumbup:
