You can take that up with general dynamics...this I was told by someone who works there on the tank maintenance crew. Its considered an upgrade due to support and logistics reasons....more mileage...less support trucks needed is my guess
yeah...some of this set up just simply shows a lack of common sense...an up down function for 3 way switches...toggles for 2 way and left right for knobs with multi functions for starters. Don't get me started on the manual.....
Came in for a crash landing ,skidded down the runway and started to bounce like a rubber ball in the same place it stopped. Plane kept leaping about 12 feet into the air and wouldn't stop. Makes me wonder if this isn't the reason takeoffs are so "touchy". We need some gravity weight on these birds when on the ground.
When the mig21 gets hit and destroyed, the missiles are still attached to where the wings would be...also when jumping into an AI plane using alt j...the afterburner stays on graphically
OOOKKKKAYYY...that was the ticket. Thanks a lot. I wonder why this is though??? And is this documented anywhere? Also what is the general category for??
Oh thank god ...I thought it was only me...no offense
yup this totally makes ca unplayable. Question is whats going on???BTW I have a x-55 if that's a help
Yeah well there's diffinately something wrong...I also have double entries in the command column.. ie.. I see rotate turret left and underneath it is rotate turret left again.Something is screwed up somewhere as I don't have any control as to what appears in the command columns, that's their end as far as I know. I even deleted the config file and generated a new one...same problem.
And If it was something on my end I would have the same problems when applying axis commands to aircraft...which I don't.
I dunno even where to start...but a good indication would be that even if you completely clear all axis movement input...it still receives input.
MAPPING THE MOVEMENT FOR GROUND CONTROL AXIS IS COMPLETELY BROKEN
Meaning what ...that its a disadvantage to do so???...I beg to differ...the Ka50 reference to make my point. One targets at distance...other engages at shorter range with stealth. Advantage.
HOW would it NOT be desirable to be able to launch a missile to a target WITHOUT radar lock in combat???? Are you nuts?? Hehe...no offence.
Also I think its pretty clear what he's saying...LOCK ON AFTER LAUNCH IS POSSIBLE with a R-27 ER due to command inertial guidance. I don't think thats a misinterpretation. The straight up question here is ... is he right or not. You say he's wrong. I don't know but there seems to be other sources that I picked up right away that support his statement. Unless... its ONLY after an initial radar lock...which isn't really clear ...so that leaves some doubt.
