  1. Can you test the difference if you disable FFB in the options menu? It might be another bug, but my fps related drops come from the shake effect with ffb enabled. After one shake , I can shake it with my fps until I restart my mission ;)
  2. I think your path is incorrect after 'ATC' shouldn't be a directory with 'mods'
  3. Excellent solution msalama. @harv By using '--' in front of a line of code it won't be read by the program. So the code is commented out. If you use notepad++ to edit lua files you notice the color changes of text, green is commented out. I have edited the files and made it a mod for jsgme. click for download
  4. The ffb implementation in DCS is eating my frames/sec almost by half. Especially in the P51. So something has to be done about it anyway. :music_whistling: So I disabled it and only use simffb because that doesn't impact the fps at all. Also it's really fantastic to adjust all the settings to your liking. Great program! +1 for integration

  10. You can always run dcs repair. Most likely this is from some changes to the config *.lua files, maybe graphics.lua or high.lua.

  12. The problem with Oleg in the video from KS, is that the only fire that is burning is at the fireplace :music_whistling: I fully agree what has been said by Red&Co !!
  13. This is from a not released, personal (mod) scenery test. I suggest not to pay too much attention to it. I saw a similar a thread around. For obvious reasons, EDGE is around the corner and heavy modified scenery in the current engine brings down fps to 0 :P As you might notice the trees are looking good on these pics, together with bushes etc. If you think of it as a few different 3D treemodels placed positioned on the map around the airport it explains that the pictures looks very nice with great artwork on the different textures. All in all fantastic work, a pity it wasn't released by the person. For those reasons I say don't bother. If we as a community use the sdk tools for EDGE we could make something beautiful and really usable too :)

  15. It may not seem what it is, we don't know. Maybe we can get a little bit of more information on what final deal has been made with Beczl. If the new studio purchased the assets and projectshare from Beczl with their entitled funds for development expenses? (Settlement) (If so, then the statement has a distorted view about the indiegogo backer funds.) I share the same concerns as pman formulated. It all sounds everything is ok, but there might be some risks. Apart from this, I'm happy to see a statement. I hope the future is bright! I wish the team all the best!
  16. @Cichlidfan Yes, you have spotted an error in the implementation of the bonussystem, I believe. At least it should be reported as an error. *Indeed not clearly stated that customers are restricted in using their "bonusfunds" as it is experienced now, in the statement from Wags. One other thing, I'm unable to verify now is: That using the maximum 20% (from ordervalue) from your bonusfunds now on a newly order with 2 or more (first time purchases, also fullpriced modules) will make this a discounted order. And therefor the line dissapears that you are eligible for 25% or more credited to your bonuswallet. So you use 20% now, but you will not receive the 25% or more bonusfunds? So basically collecting bonusfunds is rewarded, but spending is under parental control ^^ I'm curious if it really meant to be like this. Anyway it's a great idea to reward loyal customers with a special discount. Just wish it can be confirmed if there is something to be fixed. /Cnuke out

  18. I'm wondering about one thing, if you have the old beta Nevada map. There when you are getting close to the ground, the texture changes to a very high quality ground. In fact an absolutely stunning one. And with a bit more altitude it gradually gets into a general sandytexture like this mod. I know it's a whole other story there. Still it's a pleasant idea for a dreamer:music_whistling: Here are the 2 shots:

  21. In case you don't need force feedback, you can gain fps by unchecking this in the options menu. There is a significant FPS drop problem with FFB enabled.
