My updater also updated. It's up to date now and i'm for everything being updated.

I can't wait to max the graphics and push my PC with EDGE.... Oh yeah...... :)

I phoned in today. lol although I had forgotten about the release of 1.5 until and hour ago.

This is the final push for the community and all whom have waited so long. The well deserved incoming boost in sales alone is enough reason to see it through the night. I have all my finest PJ's and junk food laid out for what is sure to be, a superior night of flight.

Re-seat your RAM and any graphics/sound cards/ etc. Try resetting BIOS to default. Try updating your BIOS .

Will the Dev team let us know the minute they find out that there will be a delay?

That's a good point, I would like some clarity on this discrepancy as well.

As long as we have the Exocet missile with the 2000... I will be a happy cat !

For the multiplayer interface in 1.5, If you decide to host a room will there be options to restrict weapons on the clients that join? For instance if you wanted to have a 5 on 5 match using just guns only or 2 AA missiles and guns, etc. With multiplayer, will we have to create the missions ourselves with the mission editor and then select them with the interface "the current way we do it" or will we now have the ability to select basic mission parameters like time of day, weather, countries, A/C types, AA defenses and airfield locations for players directly from the multiplayer page without creating a custom mission? Can we expect vastly revamped multiplayer interface, that looks nothing like the way it looks now, with many more options aside from the ones i'm inquiring about? Cheers

Fresh install of Windows 10 64 Bit, graphics and Frame rates are on par with Windows 7 64 Bit. It could differ obviously depending on your hardware set up. Perhaps going to a solid state drive could benefit me.

DCS is amazing...plain and simple. When you see the beginnings of flight sims for PC back in the day, to where they are now, well... ED has made things as real as possible for PC flight sims, more so then any other company. I do enjoy when people complain about DCS.....as it is simply the best and some people are just too stunned to realize it.

It sure is paying off! I had to root through 5 year old Emails and enter a support ticket to find out exactly when I purchased A10C. Thankfully it was a few months before the cutoff. I have been playing this Sim since its beginnig. Way back then I couldn't have imagined a map/graphics engine like this at our disposal. It is truely remarkable just how amazing DCS is. Is anyone else planning on enabling unlimeted weapons and using the A10 to carpet bomb the strip with MK84s??? ☺

Hey gents... Thanks for the help, I went with the MIG15 ! What a history this beast has......and what great old girl to fly. Nailed my first landing and on my 2nd...bounced hard 3 times then had to eject. Great attention to detail on the Dev team for this bird.

Welcome my friend. I am usinjg an older Microsoft Force Feedback 2, a really good stick to start with and has a very precise twist handle. Track IR5 also changed my flight sim experience forever. I can NOT fly without it. What a great time to pick up DCS, the new graphics engine is due out this month !!!!!

I have most of the modules for DCS however I'm trying to decide weather or not to get the MIG-15 or the C101 Aviojet. Which aircraft would I have the best experience with? Cheers

I have not seen much info on the weather in 1.5 Will there be iced up runways... or rain soaked? Aside from wind...could your AC slide of the runway or hydroplane?

Well this a welcomed thread indeed. I have been so butthurt about DCS 2.0 and the admins know it, and based on my warning level...lol. I'm pretty stoked, I do appreciate all the hard work.

I wish people would stop sucking up the developers on here, it's making my stomach turn. Being strung along this entire time is not really fair to the consumer.

Wow.... been checking the site every day for DCS World 2.0 and wake up this ! Looks great.........very clean looking. Upgraded my PC in NOV 14 for DCS..... hoping 2.0 is really close. Thanks again ED and the whole dev team.
