Much appreciated...was figuring that was the case.

I have 2 icons on desktop DCS World (Silver colored) & DCS World Multiplayer (Olive green colored). Clicking on Multiplayer one only gets me presented with black screen. Choosing the other icon starts game without issue. One thing I did find out is if I right click on the multiplayer icon and select properties and choose 'open file location' it will prompt the location of the file that starts the game...only problem is it will only start fine if opened from within the DCS root folder but not from the desktop icon itself. Eh?

The entire series was a milestone. As for features that depends on what one wants specifically.

Indeed...there has not been a milestone CPU released since the i5 2500/2600. Rubbish....I've owned several Seagates over the years. Never an issue. I'm currently running 3 drives Hitachi, Seagate and WD all 1 TB HDD's. The Seagate one is going on 5 years now.

This issue still exists. Running current version as of this post. I did not see it among the fixes in the most recent change log.

During some multi play (current 1.5.3.51417 version) I noticed some aircraft (other players) on the ground at distance seem to have to bright a landing lights.

At the very min an i5 2500K which by the way is an over-clocking beast. With the right fan/cooler it will clock to 5ghz easy.

750-800w would have been better with that single card configuration. 850-1000w for dual cards.

What are the specs on your power supply?

So if I purchase the Black Shark 2 via Steam I can install it into my ED purchased DCS World? (I'm leaning heavily towards yes given what I've read). Advantages/disadvantages? First upgrade your PC specs...second purchase the VRS Superbug. FSX isn't the issue it comes down to the designers of the specific aircraft for the sim.

FSX is about ready to offer just that with the addition of TACPACK from VRS simulations. The entire world.

Anyone offer suggestions on setup for Flaming Cliffs 3...such as initial setup, profiles etc... I'm using a Creative Socialize HD VF0610 for web cam.
