There should be a GUI button in the ME and in game F10 map to change the Lat/Long format. No one should have to remember to hit Alt-Y for such an important function. Make it a GUI button, Please!

I've noticed that the safety barrier around the flight deck of the Ticonderoga and OH Perry class ships in the sim are not deployed for flight operations. They're supposed to be down, but the model has them up! Will this be fixed?

With all the whiners I've heard lately complaining about how this or that isn't complete to their satisfaction in the Beta addition of DCS World. I thought I'd suggest that people who install the Beta edition of DCS World would have to sign an agreement that acknowledges the realities of using the Beta edition. That it would require people to acknowledge that they are signing on as volunteers in the development process and as such the things they use are not likely to be at the "Release" level yet. I'm just tired of all the complaining that things aren't what they expect when it's a BETA to begin with...

UPDATE: I'm an idiot! I found out that I had the rudder pedals bound to both throttles. There's nothing wrong with the Thrustmaster Warthog TQS. All is well once again. I'm relieved that I don't have to buy a new one...

Well, it's finally happened. My Warthog Throttle seems to be wearing out. The throttles started wobbling side to side a bit in the base, and now the signal to DCS locks the in game throttle at about 2/3's power. They both jump to 2/3's power in the aircraft like they're stuck in auto throttle.

I want my DCS experience to remind me of DTS...;)

Why is Stores Management so simple on the Hornet compared to the Thunderbolt? Is it even close to accurate? I think there are concessions being made for game play here...

KP has always stood for KeyPad. "A keypad is a set of buttons arranged in a block or "pad" which bear digits, symbols or alphabetical letters" -Wikipedia. The numbers that are in a group to the right of the keyboard. And BTW, the ones that control the ASW have stopped working altogether...;) So, whether you say, "Numpad" or "Keypad," they are the same thing...You're confusing KP which is KeyPad for Number Keys which are the row of numbers above the keyboard...

KP1 is Numpad 1...;)

Supposedly, it smooths out the graphics in Windows 10 for Oculus Rift/Rift S, but in DCS it just distorts the screen and makes it look horrible. Before the the 9/04/2019 Beta Update the Ctrl+KP1 key could disable ASW and DCS ran fine, but now the keys don't work...and it looks like crap in VR...I don't know if other brands besides Rift use it... If you're running Windows 7, ASW doesn't work; so you're lucky!

I've only had trouble turning ASW off using the Ctrl+KP1 keys since the last DCS Beta Update.

Just when I thought things were OK with Windows 10, now we can't turn ASW off with the Alt+KP1 keys anymore. This happened with the 9/04/2019 Beta Update. Anyone else notice this?

Can I push Waypoint Lat/Lon to PP target Lat/Lon (Ala Cut&Paste)? It seems that such a thing would be possible in a day when Windows clipboard already existed for several years. For example, I can call up a waypoint Lat/Lon on the HSI, then copy it to the PP Target Lat/Lon? Is anything like that possible? Also, if I erase the JDAM/JSOW, how do I get it back working again?

I'm going to thank you in advance of trying this since I've been on it for hours and I'm probably in trouble with my wife...;)

Is it true that the Lat/Lon entries done in the jet for pre-planed missions are supposed to NOT go down to the tenths and hundredths of a second of accuracy???

I believe that was done to help MS get people to switch to Windows 10, I had my CV1 before I had all the hardware required to meet the minimum requirements and it ran just fine...So, I believe that the Rift S is being prevented from running on Win7 not because it can't, but rather because they don't want it to...It's being actively blocked from running in much the same way the App checks if you have some KB installed and won't start if it doesn't but you can block that check and force it to run anyway...;) I know it's a conspiracy theory, but I believe it's true...Too many other software and hardware run just fine in Win7 and Win10 that it's can't be legit...
