Sead flights are broken in .10 patch ... I stumbled over the same problem few days ago. The Tornados just don't engage as intended. According to the mission builder forum it has to do with the radar 'spike' of the sam units. Hopfully there will be a quick fix. Go around would be to edit the missions and change the sead tasks into CAS and let them attack SAM only... More easy said then done at least for the Tornados in that campaign. I was just happy that I got the CBU's working proper with the .10 patch :..( I'll do some missions with AA threat's an A10 can handle until I'll restart the campain ;)

Any chance of a quick fix for that or redo mission design SEAD -> CAS?

SP Hawg Hunt III I am getting stuck on the taxiway to the 22 runway... Is it just me or is this one of the bugged airflields? Just behind the turn for the final few meters befor the runway... hek

You mean to start the engine? You need to assign buttons for that (simulating this off to idle detend where you need to lift the real thing or warthog) AND you need to have your x52 throttle all the way back in the idle position to be able to use this keys to start the engines.

Can we have green or red but no wp smoke? I am getting spasms when trying not to forget the loc of the somke plume and NOT to confuse it with some of the 'schornsteine' (what you call it? - äh smokestacks?) all around that town. Scratch all above if you just wanted that effekt for better immersion.. ;) love the mission coz it gives a feel how difficult it might be to 'peel' infanty out a city... tnx, hek

Funny that you just wrote that. Since I myself had a similar experience 10min ago, when I set up a simple Mission to check out russian air def units. In my case I simply put singe Tunguska on the map with me and a wingie engaging it. He took out my 1st mav with its 30mm! So i gave him another 2 fired as fast as i was able to lock him, this time my third mav got him. Tough nut for a single steady ground unit. Hard chances for A-10s on moving groups of SA-15s...

Think your hardware is just fine for the moment - nothing that forces you to upgrade right now. Imho we will (ok - it is always but atm stronger) see the hardwareprices coming down next few week. I just bought a new gtx470 to replace my 8800gts 320mb - but i saw prices drop even further last few days. Both companies come out with their new bricks - but imho just more or less new steppings or the like - not really much better than the 5000 or 400 series... maybe not as hot.. ;) I'd suggest updating to win7 64bit. I'd check if I have 4GB 2x2gb matched RAM pieces - running in dual channel mode. I'd wait for final release of a10. Then see if a better gfx card is a must have. On the other hand - I myself I am happy with my new gfx470 - only drawback - it gets really hot (need to figure better cooling still) - and is burning almost full trottle with 2 screens even on 2d desktop -> I am switching off my second screen when on desktop coz i dont want to run my gfx chip 80° round the clock... but i am guessing this kinda hardwarestuff is beeing discussed in a hundred thousand forums all over the world... Think ED will need to get stuff optimized to be smooth on a gear like u r's - since I believe it is one of the most common these days. win7 64bit, 4gb ram dual channel matched, 1gb gfx card, 3+ gh dual core - that should run the thing pretty well I think. installing 32bit (coz tir driver missing atm) parallel to the 64bit version needs another activation or can i just run the setup a 2nd time but choose 32bit and another installation folder?

same here.. 2 monitor setup, shakval+abris on the right screen 1280x1024 and camera on my main to the left 1600x1200. Everything nice but when i switch on NVG the left 'Camera' view looks like streched over the whole resolution for the 2 monitors and is not fixed to the 'camera' output. Was it like this before the 1.0.2 patch or did it work with 1.0.1? Hope ED can find the time to investigate on it and maybe deliver a quick fix? :music_whistling: (yea i know they are on finalizing a10, but but but i LOVE my dual monitor setup i finally got running...) tnx, hek

Just downloaded the English Version, now i'd like to know what is best to get this Version up and running.. 1. deactivate the Russion version 2. de-install the Russian version 3. install and activate the English version 4. maybe one can copy the pilot log to use it in the English version, too... or is there a more simple method by just installing the English version over the Russian? tnx, hek

its not heavy to understand - but they want to use full screen mode... so the centering is different than in your example with the windowed mode....
