+1, i've bought mine off from ebay too. I would never ever play DCS or any other flightsims without FFB anymore.

I'm glad it's still beta as FM, as great as it is already, feels unfinished in some areas.

Still possible to break wings if you do it purposely. No control stiffening modelled yet it seems. Landing gear give nose-down effect now when landing position however and now it's better to do landings with tail-heavy trim, -3 seems to be good.

Indeed, i mean it's still awesome plane but this painjob just doesent suit it. No way. For G2 it would be okayish but for only flying example of G10 (yeah ex-buchon but anyway), it's just sad... I would paint it for free to them if they just would pick some realistic scheme.

Nice idea, but i would much rather see G10 on it's earlier paint scheme, "black 2" wich was at least semi-historical and looked awesome. I really hate this current "yellow 3" fictional 1942 scheme. it just doesent fit to G10 any ways. Just think about how much there is awesome schemes available for it and they choose to paint it that boring, unrealistic 3-grey scheme...damned idiots! :mad: :D:D from this: to this: :doh: :doh: :doh:

Dora is better in many ways, just like in real life but i don't care. 109 is my favourite bird and always will be. I just love the cockpit, it feels like home to me. Ergonomics doesen't really matter so much in sims than they did irl and 109 gauges are well organized, very easy to check all important gauges between dogfight. And no one climbs like it. I don't agree about poor weapons, while 30mm needs some fine tuning i found it be much more effective than dora's 20mm's. And looks wise 109 wins hands down, no question about it. :D

I understand your point, i had those problems too with mod when i used normal speakers. However after switching to G35 headset most of those are gone and especially interior sounds are now awesome. Some volume tuning was needed from sound option tought. Of course, if things were ideal i would use stock sounds too but as they are way too far from real thing in my opinion i rather use modded ones even if there may be some minor drawbacks. But everyone with their own and i too really hope stock sound will be fixed too some day...

Fortunately diveplane's mod works in open beta as well...:music_whistling:

Those first two pics should be used quite carefully as reference, after 70 years it may not look exactly as it did in 1944...:) It's only messerschmitt left that still have it's original camo, very nice example indeed. There is already couple of topics about flare gun, it will be able to toggle on/off later it seems. About your take-off behaviour, sounds really strange. I've never had similar problems and i've flown quite many hours...
