  1. Really love the C-101 model & cockpit. Just waiting for the EFM so it starts to feel like a jet trainer. Waiting for quite a while though
  2. Right click would be exceptionally useful.
  3. Love the thread title “Prebuying inquiry”. It’s like shopping for a used car, hopefully module purchase doesn’t require too much kicking of tires into the future..
  4. Same for me - any luck on a fix?
  5. Good question
  6. +1!!!
  7. +1
  8. Why doesn’t the maker do a YouTube video showing this off? I can’t see anything
  9. Cool idea! In-game reviewing tool and/or instructor would be great. However, I think that Tacview is so popular that they won’t bother (even though I’ve found it inconvenient to consistently setup and use)
  10. Thanks for the replies so far. Just to clarify, I did stop after I tried another cable - as you may guess, I wasn't enjoying the experience so much as to continue. It is somewhat reassuring that you have experiences with replacing with no issues! Fingers crossed. Any other experiences/insights are welcome
  11. Hey all, I took my computer to give some people a VR demo - however, either the move, or the power circuits in the new location, have caused the computer to not turn on. I suspect it is has caused an issue with the power supply, which is an XFX 850W, Bronze, semi-modular. I have tried 2 different kettle cables, and the fuse has blown in both. Also, after the 2nd try, the power switch on the power supply is now stuck to 'On'. I think it's safe to say that the power supply is the issue? The electrics at the new location are notoriously poor, so may that be the cause? I was using a surge protect plug board. I've ordered a new power supply (Corsair HX850i). However, I'm concerned about what else may be damaged! :helpsmilie: Does anyone have any experience of these sorts of issues? Any advice would be gratefully received
  12. Exactly
  13. Fantastic news :no_sad:
  14. Great stuff - thanks for the clarification Nero.ger and BIGNEWY
  15. Sorry, may have misinterpreted - does that mean we won't be able to assign a joystick button to control one of the MPCD buttons?
  16. Well, thanks for the confirmation - bit annoying. Any suggestions on how else to quickly input numbers (i.e., without clicking the in-game buttons) into the CDU? Already tried voice commands before
  17. Really?? No way to change in .lua or configs? That's annoying Thanks for the link, I already have it mapped to a joystick. Now I want to use the numpad as a UFC input, but every time I press 5 my head position changes :(
  18. Hi all, As the title says - how can you change the center Oculus key from the default num 5? I think I've been through all of the key bindings looking for 'center view', for both specific aircraft and 'general', changing num5 (to say num minus). However, whenever I hit num5, Oculus still re-centers What am I missing here? Which is the crucial key binding to change? Thanks in advanc
  19. Hi all, Does any one have any good tips for using CV1 for actual missions? For example: -how to use checklists? -Chart usage? -Writing down info (Receiving a 9 line from JTAC) -Writing down/retrieving frequencies -Quickly typing chat messages I'd prefer not to have to keep 'lifting the lid' / peeking down the nose all the time Look forward for to hopefully hearing some inventive tips from the front line
  20. Sorry not quite following here. How do we go about setting up our own controller profiles now? I'm wanting to set-up 2 position switches with the TM Warthog in the M2K
  21. Hey all, Apologies, I have searched the forums - but it's still not clear to me. How do I setup 2 position switches for the M2K with the Thrustmaster Warthog? So for example, I want to use the 'EAC' toggle switch as the Master arm switch. Up being Armed and down being unarmed. At the moment I can only get it acting as a toggle. Do I have to go down into lovely(!) lua to achieve this? Any and all help would be massively appreciated! P.S. I do not use Target, and do not want to (personal preference - have achieved this sort of thing without it in the past).
