I think a couple of nights ago it wasn't showing for me either and I connected by IP and got in me myself and I nobody else there so mustn't have been visible to anyone it was prime time and would usually have a few players. Last night it was 51/51 I couldn't get a spot initially due the numbers playing and Tibilisi Lochini ran out of all aspect sidewinders lol. PS This is without doubt my favourite server, when it's good it's really really good.

It isn't the noisiest in the F5 for sure compared to other modules, definitely worth turning up the volume knob on the left side as Nealius said.

There are plenty of North American players I've seen quite a few on it. I had to connect by IP this evening just couldn't hook up through the normal joining method for some reason

Quick question is LotAtc enabled for the server I'm having difficulty connecting? Might be an issue at my end but just checking.

Is this in the minigun variant you can use the AI?

Haven't been able to connect to the server, my ping is usually less than 50 and this evening been around 500! Doesn't show anybody on either is there something kaput?

Exclusively flew helicopter missions on this old but new mission evening last. Thank you very much for bringing it back Alpenwolf. Plenty of people on the server and a good mix of participants. From a helicopter point of view the close proximity of each others farps meant for some fast and furious engagements, great stuff. I managed to make good use of the M and Mistral variants of the Gazelle a great bonus for me.

Further to my last, LotAtc is stating 'connection error: the remote host closed the connection' when I try to connect. Will keep trying over the coming days.

F5 is the one I use the most nothing too complex and can A/A, A/G without much computer assistance. I highly recommend it.

Looks splendid now after the fix, great job. Only have the Gazelle a couple of weeks and enjoying it.

Only big helicopter I'd buy is the Chinook. Would prefer a western attack helicopter first though.

I'm guessing this could be to do with a recent dcs update but that's just a guess. My PTT Tx effect doesn't appear to be working suddenly and I don't have the feeling that I'm transmitting however in the text chat the awacs guy said he could hear me. Anybody else with this SRS issue or similar?

Great video, like the new desert mission! My LotAtc is having trouble connecting to the server last couple of days, anyone else having issues? Also, srs has lost the Tx effect on the R/T? Might have been something to do with the latest beta update to DCS.

+1 to the Taiwan. I think DCS needs a SE Asian map this one or Vietnam lots of modules already at hand plus the potential for more. From a commercial point of view would potentially spark more interest for people in that region to use DCS.

Like the F20 idea and the F-5G. Would love to see high fidelity F4 think I might have read somewhere that's in the pipeline. Need a few more choppers now that I think about it, a western attack chopper first.

Mach 2.6 (high supersonic) To summarise that's a nearly 3kg warhead and IR homing with a range of up to 6km sounds pretty effective to me might give the Mistral version a go in multiplayer a bit more see how it goes.

I personally think the lights are modelled accurately compared to the real Gazelle

I'd say buy it without hesitation and get onto the Cold War server we need more Gazelle pilots on there! Agree with much of the above observations and yes more work could be done on it but overall I reckon you'll very much enjoy it as once you get the hang of it it's a fun to fly helicopter.

Have heard of a SA341B used by the British Army modified to carry 68mm SNEB rockets. A slightly large image of the Lebanese helicopter with said SNEB.

It really is important to use the dop on the Artificial Horizon (AH) otherwise it can be very difficult and time consuming to get into auto hover imho.

Have a look at the Cold War server. Many missions include the Gazelle, different variants also. It's a really good server, my personal favourite.
