Hi, i was just thinking that it would be nice if when opening the mission debriefing while in game or after, we could get our own actios (Player F/A18 — shot — AIM120….etc) in a different colour to all the rest, that way we could easily get to know exactly were to look quickly at all our actions without having to scroll and see line by line. I find myself loosing alot of time just to find what exactly i have done during all the mission! thanks

Could be, but the Eurofighter was announced in 2020, and its still getting cooked. Thats 6-7 years. In the case of the F-35 including all the RCS,EW,NDI stuff, it should be reasonable to calculate around that much 6-7 years minimum. Marketing is one thing, lying is another. Eagle Dynamics is a very serious company and have always delivered. Sometimes late but always delivered. I really believe in them after all these years. So i really dont think its going to be 6-7 years in development if they are planning 2026, it will probably be 2027 or 2028, its also in their own interest as a company. Having it ready as early as possible is good for Eagle Dynamics and good for us the customers, its a clear Win-Win situation.

Plus, with time, that 40% will go on improving to 50%, 60% etc… until finally we have something very accurate.

I agree with you that probably ED has some type of contract similar to the A-10C, and surely one of the things that back it up most, is the fact that the development time is ridiculously short….. release in 2026? I have been around for a long time in DCS, Since Lock On MAC. So we all know how much a module takes to be made. How can they make the most complicated module ever in DCS in only 2 years?? The answer can only be that its already cooked, just has to be served.

Hi Badger, i love your Campaigns, both Snakes 1 and 2 and now just bought Persian Lion 1 and 2 plus Operation Green Line! i just wanted to ask if you can name the Campaigns with normal lettering, not capital letters, just to keep consistency with the rest of the Campaigns. just feels like they are always shouting!

Yes, i can confirm Tutorial mission of IR Countermeasures doesnt work, it gets stuck after some SAMs are launched and also the last tutorial mission involving the employment of SLAMs, no matter what you do, you never get more than 50 points score, so mission ends up in Draw.

Reply to OP. I have been into Flight Sims since the 1980s, being F/A-18 Interceptor for the Commodore Amiga the first Sim into which i really spent time and dedication. Then i went through the majority of Flight Sims since then, Microsoft, All Microprose, All Jane's, All DiD, Novalogic and on and on until in 2011 i came across DCSW and Su-25 and then bought A-10C (which was not my type, being a slow jet) but i ended up mastering it and loved it but then moved on to the F/A-18C in 2020 and love it because of all those extra things you can do with it, which have been very well explained here in this thread. I think its so involving and entertaining apart from the inmense variety of scenarios and weapons it can be used in. I really enjoy it, its a masterpiece of equipment. And reffering to "If this is a new golden age of Flight Sims", for me the answer is YES. All you need to experience is DCS and MS Flight Sim in 4k or VR, and couple it with the MIP of WinWing and Virpil Base Stick and Thrustmaster Throttle and Grip, Buttkicker, TrackiR etc...Nothing before it, comes close! By the way i am really looking forward to the Eurofighter module, Im sure it will be a superior aircraft in many ways to the F/A-18C, but as an enjoyment, will it be able to beat it? Thanks ChillNG for the fast response! Yes, i was planning on doing this Campaign in the Warthog first and then repeat it in the Tank Killer, cause i know once i get used to the Tank Killer i will never go back, missions are much easier with it If i encounter anything else i will post. Cheers!

Thanks for the resopnse, i actually know what happens next because i have the first four loose trial missions from a while ago, so i know the airport explosion is not triggering, i have tried the mission now 3 times doing different things but i will check one more time breaking formation and getting closer to Al Minhad.

Hi, first of all congratulations for the great Campaign! So, im stuck in Mission 3, flight to Al Minhad, i take off, rendevouz at waypoint 1, do the formation flying until i switch to Al Minhad Freq, then we are told to get into flight pattern at angels 5 and then Davy and Mono keep in the pattern endlessly! I then land by my own but logically as i dont trigger something its always a fail? Any thoughts? By the way its in the A-10C

Also seeing those random black boxes and shapes, as far as i have noticed they only appear where there are clouds.

Been using defender for last 5-6 years. Very satisfied with it.

Yes i totally agree, seems like anything with white light is excesively bright.
