I´ve had this addiction for a while now, I literally have all modules except 2 Helos, and now I only fly the FA-18 intensively, the A-10 to keep myself up to date on it and sometimes the Harriet to play around with the VTOL, the rest I only probably tried a free flight and forgot about them and now are all in my "Start Menu Museum". But as many here its all for the support of ED and 3rd Party Developers. What I most appreciate is more missions and Campaigns for my "2 core modules", that would keep me addicted forever! I love this addiction just keeps challenging my brain, my Hand-Sight coordination and Knowledge of everything to do with Flight!!!

Does this 3.0 version have a specific Field of View zoom to it compared to the 2.0 version? I have bothe now and the last one was taking my personal tweaked fov, but in the new 3.0 version i find myself with the default DCS fov. Can i change that?

Hi Pizzicato, its good you wrote that post, nice to know about other peoples experience, hope you find the strength everyday to keep on going, never give up, there is always something that fills our heart or mind, we just have to find it. In my case DCS World is my anti-stress drug, I don't need to medicate myself when I am diagnosed with stress or anxiety I simply take a sessions of DCS. New modules and Campaigns mean for me new goals and endless hours of anti-stress medicine :)

Yes, still lots missing. Module-wise we are quite well off, with the F-14 coming and in the near future the F-15E and F-16, just missing some advanced European jet like the Eurofighter:music_whistling:, But what we really need is more maps and Campaigns.

I passed this today after my second try, i actually passed it in a different way to you. i went with the given load out and took out the first objective with a D, then the second one also with a D, then miraculously the third with an H, the column you first have to take out one tank with the remaining D so that the column stops and the illumination flare can actually illuminate the other tanks so you can take them out. If you take too much time with the first kill in the column then they will advance too much and the illumination will be defficient. The actual problem of the H in the 2nd and 3rd objectives is that the flares dont illuminate the area of the objective well enough or that the sim has a bug with lighting.

Make sure you save when you change the settings, and if you deselect those and choose the 38s and then reselect the Gbu12s then you have to redo the settings and save them again.

I just passed this today in my first try, luckily i only had one last tank from the moving column in which i used almost 300 rounds until i realised that i had to make the attack to the tank with a steeper angle so that the bullets have more speed and impact force + dont brake too much so that you build speed + when you get the pipper on the tank, first press the gun button half way to let the PAC stabalise the gun and then press fully. Hope it helps.

I just completed the fisrts 2 missions in AAT of MapleFlag which are about refuelling, and they worked properly.

You can always put on your night vision goggles and land.
