  1. Get L-39 that will do.
  2. The manual says not to land when loaded like a pig and to be wise with cool alcohol when using radar.
  3. SU-25T has AFM and wide array of weapons which is useful for putting combat theory into practice, also it seems like a good starting point to learn about IFR navigation and avionics without overloading the learning curve (the bits in the brain cells).
  4. ^^ Nice advice. Dora is not difficult it’s actually nice with that speed and acceleration. My tip for training is to place it on a long runway and run it on the runway all the way without taking off, doing it a number of times. LANDING approach set in ME to practice the min speed 2m above the runway. LOCK the TAIL WHEEL because without it can be difficult indeed.
  5. The drummer knew it was gonna be boring for some so he did what he had to do.

  7. Ctrl+eee doesn’t work in CA, so Ctrl+hmm possible
  8. I’ve got to be quite honest, I’m totally sober. If you believe that.
  9. Thanks a parcel of fresh air is a gift. :P
  10. As soon as they find a way to make AI ground units communicate like EWACS then it's a+ , then amphibious vehicles, boats, artillery, trees, fences, to make a nice mission.
  11. Some music
  12. Well then it’s 30 minutes discount for U. Our XX co-pilots are ready, they like X-43A.
  13. The bid is ending in 3 hours so hurry up, free delivery. Buy em in a supermarket anyway.
  14. Fine!
  15. I’ve changed the sounds mode and description in the initial post. It now has a low resonance between the channels at 43 and 43.5Hz saturated with jet rumble which makes an effect of woo woo wooooooo some times at low RPM% 50-75 and can be described as an atmospheric rather than primary effect of the engine in the cockpit (it‘s relatively quiet but low saturated and cut below 30Hz), plus some other high-mid mix has been added to the third wav loop. I’ve been flying with it for a few days and it seems alright so far even though there are some funny harmonics on high frequencies some times.:smilewink: Rumblev2.zip
  16. It’s nice that pilots know that it turns. In short, you pull on the stick to make the wing hit the wind at an angle.. Now the rudder is hitting the air at an angle and its flap forcing it left but the rudder angle is forcing right. Equilibrium? No it should turn a bit more but it’s not a basic stuff when you flying sideways IMO, net force should pull it all the time.
  17. Hi guys. In this video that rumbling noise is there as I understand due to the fan at work: Installation: Extract the “F86 Engine Rumble.zip“, open it and move the “Sounds” folder to Login\Saved Games\DCS. In case you find the “Sounds” folder in that directory do not overwrite anything, simply move the two .sdef files to to Login\Saved Games\DCS\Sounds and two .wav files to Saved Games\DCS\Sounds\Effects\Aircrafts\Engines. Please make sure that you identify the Login\Saved Games\DCS location correctly as it is not recommended to smash into DCS install.

  19. That’s what some say about the big bang.
  20. :wallbash:Me too.
  21. After the last update my F-86 has no engine sound, what the *k? I wanted to fly it today and I even created shit weather in ME with x winds and rain. With the disappointment of not hearing the engine sound I wanted to kick my rudder pedals and go out and beat someone up but instead I stayed in an flew Dora in shit weather. Where is my F-86 engine sound? WTF.
  22. oosy pussy
  23. Well here I’m “fighting” with a P-51 and this is what I see: the P-51 in the centre of the screen shot is banking left showing its full profile, the aircraft is at a distance of 1.3km and 761m altitude in the area above the road. Comparing the visibility with the 2nd chimney on the right hand side at a distance of 3.2km is what some pilots might say “WOW” I need to have my eyes checked. Default zoom screenshot taken before the eye surgery. BTW if saw a flying chimney with the size of the Mig-15’s fuselage I’d see it and fight it from 3.2km. Cheers.
