Concerning classified: for me it is completely satisfying if for these specicific functions the aircraft will get imaginary (and possibly not existing) functions, which are a bit looking like these which we expect that these aircraft have.

Well, I hoped and thought, that with this new driver the "freezings" might end but regrettable this is not the case: - at the 4th flight after firing 23 mavericks without problems, the 24th caused a "freezing"; - also dropping LGB12 bombs sometimes caused a "freezing".

Dear DCS, I must apologize to you and I have bitten very much dust: the reason is that the "freezing problems" probably had to do with a not appropriate AMD driver in my system! The only excuse that I have is that that driver has always worked fine in all my software (also in DCS 1.0) and that I had sometimes problems with other later AMD drivers. That resulted in the fact that I had this driver since a pretty longtime in my system and I even forgot to update (very stupid offcourse). I only thought just now that this driver could be the reason of the problems and updated yesterday to the newest AMD driver: 8.0.916.0 ; since then, I have flown with DCS 1.5.2 some flights and while doing that: firing mavericks and dropping bombs gave no problems anymore now!

My system is: I7 3Ghz (old one) 8 Gb AMD 6990 4Gb settings mostly high; some medium (like water) getting 35-40 fps (I think 65% better then in 1.2) with A10C so i.m.o. your system must be quite nice for her.

System: Windows7 cpu: I7 (old one) 8 Gb graphic card: AMD 6990 / 4 Gb In the mission which I created allready in 1.2 (with no problems during multiple missions) now the system freezes at firing the mavericks. Flown this mission in 1.5 now about 7 times and in about 5 times, the system has froozen. Mostly the first mavericks are ok and then at the 4th or 5th it goes wrong. A10C bombs mavericks.miz

+1 Completely my idea!! Imagine, thatt companies like ORBX and Aerosoft should also develop sceneries, using the new engine of ED: we would all benefit!

Thanks for your pictures and vids; NTTR for sure is very, very beautifull: really amazing!!; can't wait until the Steam version is released :) Maybe also, because now the engine is completely developed, there are more scenario's (pretty) soon following..............? :): will buy them all!!

I'm a "Steamer", so the fun for me the coming weeks is to see your vids!! :) Also I am very curious to the fps, you experience (I have a AMD 6990: so not the latest video card).

+1: for me also certainly the best in its time (1989? on the Amiga); first was fs2.0 on the Atari 800; also in that time: solo Flight and F15 of Microprose.

No problem to ad this mission, if DCS is installed with Steam?

Offcourse it's very nice if you can manage and can do the real thing but for those who are not that lucky: My neighbour has done it all: fighterpilot (F104 and others) and captain (767 and others) and now he is retired but ................ loves it to flightsim and esspecially with carriers because he did never do that in his active job. Morale: a pity, that we cannot all do the real thing, but, when even a guy who has flown the real, loves to flightsim, it's not that bad after all.......... and: we are very fortunate that there is such a nice flightsim as DCS!!

Should also be nice if, when there will be developed more maps, the ATC is in the languance accent of the appropriate country :) (Same as ED also have done in the training for the FW190)

But I cannot clearly see the advantage for CTD to play such a game (if they did): at the end the bad cards are always visible ...........

Very nice!!!! Also clear to see, that ED and 3th party developers are making much more progress now: DCS will be a leading flightsim platform :thumbup:

Will certainly buy the F104 :thumbup: Remember some time agoo flying the F104 (FS9 /CaptainSim): at landing flaps down and 88% power (if I'm right....): was not that easy alltogether: very much fun!! :)

You have a point with that, but .................. maybe ED is too busy and certainly LN build quality!

If LN are building naval aircraft.................. an appropriate carrier should not be that bad at all!!
