FYI, VoiceAttack is a powerful and versatile input modality that works with any module in DCS. The link provided by MustangSally is for Hollywood's Vaicom app which, as you'll see on the linked site, does awesome things as a pluggin for VoiceAttack. Not sure if its adapted to the F18 yet. Anyway VoiceAttack as a stand alone app is worth a look as well.

My mates at the 229th have been testing this. It appears that, in level flight, the DCS Mi8 drifts 8 degrees left at lower speeds, 3 degrees at higher speeds. We're trying to acertain from RL pilots if this is modeled accurately. Maybe this has been addressed here before (didn't check), but I made a single VoiceAttack profile that manages all the Radio Menu CTLD/CSAR variations. Just say "Load Infantry Quad" etc... and it happens without any addition inputs required. Just checkin to see if any general interest. If so, will post in appropriate thread.

This mod will increase font size on the Frame Rate Indicator (R-Ctrl/Pause-Break). Can't recall original modder but not my work. Larger FPS Indicator Mod.rar

You can program VoiceAttack to bring up ‘Adjust Controls’ ‘Select Role’ ‘Options’ etc... with a single key press or voice command. Program these commands with the Mouse MOVE/CLICK functions.

Don't forget to kill fuel supply to engine, preferably before Squibbing.

Did you make any modifications to Track Ir that maybe be in Saved Games?

I’ve modded out all but a few of the, imho, more important commands. The rest are just too annoying.

Nice job with that Holton181. I’m currently using VoiceAttack so haven’t noticed the hotas mapping issue. Will tuck your fix away for now though.

Noted similar issue/fix. I think running as Admin helps too.

I can see where the 'Camera View' is no longer needed since the 'Cargo View' has been implemented. It is however, more "realistic" than the 'Cargo Indicator'.

Is your game resolution matched to your display?

It appears that the Cargo Cam has been eliminated completely with todays update. I'm not even seeing the empty outline anymore. Hope its not being canned.

Check your load out wgt. 9500 lb is your Max. Your cargo maybe putting you over. Practice well under the limit till you get proficient, then increase your load wgts. Dump fuel if you need to. Cold and low helps too.

Sharkku makes a good point. Once in "level" flight, the built in forward tilt of the rotor mast serves mainly to allow the pilot to comfortably look forward without fatiguing his neck. Lateral tilt biasing on the other hand has more aerodynamic purpose.

You'll find that armaments in the DCS Huey will shift CoG forward.

It's the drop down menu to the right of the Profile selection drop down.

1. Copy paste shortcuts into "Startup" folder. (works for @ 50% of apps). 2. Task Scheduler. 3. Bat file as suggested above or VoiceAttack can start multiple programs at once but command has to be initiated, not automatic with boot up.
