This is what I'm anticipating the most...the famous MudHen. Hopefully you'll be able to complete it in 2022.

Bring on the F-111. This Tornado request is already old & tired, plus the Aardvark excels it in pretty much every way.

Exactly

F111-Aardvark ~ Why you LOVE IT & why we need it

Definitely a buy for me, with either the Echo or Foxtrot variant +1 -
Heatblur Tornado spotted in Hind Video today?
Dragon89 replied to Heimz's topic in Heatblur Simulations
No, it's not Heatblur's Tornado, nor is there any indication it belongs to them or they're making it in the first place. This thread is just another, cliche Tornado request in disguise. -
Does DEKA have to just do Chinese Aircraft?
Dragon89 replied to Hodo's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
I'm hoping for a Q-5 or J-8, leaning more towards the Q-5. https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/7795041 https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8903255 -
Hello, I've noticed in the weapons section of the encyclopedia that the "AGM-130" is missing the rocket motor (shown in second photo circled in red). Not sure if it's being worked on or if it's meant to be a GBU-15. If it's meant to be the latter, then the nomenclature circled in red needs to change, as well as the misspelled word "GUIDEB." Note: these screenshots were taken from the recently updated stable version.

What is the point of doing the D-variant?

If you could pick any map next, what would it be? (Poll Vote)
Dragon89 replied to dimitri18's topic in DLC Map Wish List
I'm definitely all for the ones I've highlighted & underlined -
Not US Army, but USAF. These would be an awesome addition to DCS, but they were only armed with nuclear warheads. https://fas.org/nuke/guide/usa/theater/glcm.htm

This is exactly what I'm looking forward to

Bring more Cold-War assets into DCS! No more WWII stuff; there's already plenty of WWII combat & flight simulators!
-
Bingo! Another excellent point for a Korea Theater map.
-
I'm glad I'm not the only one with this thought. Syria has been contested a few years before the "situation" happened in the Crimea, and still is now.

Spot on

Has Deka decided yet? What's their next module?
Dragon89 replied to J-20's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
Yup! Having a Su-30MKK, even as AI would be interesting. Hopefully they can do FF, but like you said: it'll take time, and a lot of it. -
Fantastic to hear! Hopefully you'll include static & mobile coastal missile battery defenses like the 4K51 'Rubezh', the 4K40/SPU-35B 'Redut', and the 4K44 'Utyos' as seen below http://www.ausairpower.net/V-MF/Styx-PKRK-Rubezh-MAZ543M-TELAR-6S.jpg https://weaponsystems.net/system/139-4K51+Rubezh http://www.ausairpower.net/V-MF/SPU-35B-Redut-Sepal-TEL-1S.jpg http://www.ausairpower.net/V-MF/SPU-35B-Redut-Sepal-TEL-2S.jpg http://www.ausairpower.net/V-MF/Utyos-Sepal-Launch-1S.jpg http://www.ausairpower.net/V-MF/Utyos-Sepal-Launch-2S.jpg Also, I would love to see the addition of more Cold War era vehicles like the T-64BV, Chieftain, TOS-1 'Buratino', T-62. More support/supply vehicles is definitely need as well. https://ray_forest_green.artstation.com/projects/ZboNZ https://twitter.com/MickGrahamArt/status/750364520233758720/photo/1 http://www.military-today.com/artillery/tos1.htm

As a current munitions systems personnel in the USAF, I can concur that GBU-38s and GBU-31(V/1)s typically have the DSU-33, and the GBU-31(V/3)s always have nose cups installed in the front & the fuze installed in the rear since it's a penetrator/bunker buster.

That is one, gorgeous Su-17M4, especially with those Kh-29Ts! Looking forward to support this project!
-
+1 The Taiwan Strait, partial of the Korean peninsula (due to huge density of the ROK), and the East Sea (Sea of Japan) would also be excellent additions for DCS.
-
Nothing like a good ol' Google search. The T-64 does look bad-a$$, especially the BV model.
-
-
It sure is. They basically showed the US how to make better F-16s.
-
Like TLTeo stated, it was the first fighter with AESA. So no, it is NOT a block C.

Metal Gear Solid vibes! SNNNNAAAAKKKKEEEE!!!!!
