A very funny thing, I have had my track clip for over 3 years, but I also have a headset hanger so when done I just hang it up. It is flimsy and I realized after I broke my first one, that I needed something to hang my headset up so I do not break it again,lol. Bullet

I have the X-65 and I love it. It does take some time to get used however to me I feel , due to the technolgy of the stick, I can be more percise in my flying. I do like the WH but the cost was a major factor and even tho it is very cool I still have everything set up on my stick and throttle for flying and fighting with out the software. Bullet

You can load them by hitting the inventory osb and reloading the stations. The inven osb is in the dms page top right. Dang it not quick enough Bullet

I find when I can not arm the eac, I have forgotten a step, so I guess I am a lowely mortal,lol. Bullet

We usually have our specs in the signature so it alleviates the issue of what are your specs. I find if my throttle is off even a little I can not start the engine using the key commands. Just verify that how ever you calibrate the joystick, the throttle is in fact 0 at 0. Bullet

The old saying is any landing you walk away from is a good landing, so yes not to bad,lol.

The bad part for me is, I have never even thought of trying the game mode. I find I absolutely love how hard it is to get into and get the systems right. I do understand the frustration but I am also an avid reader so I enjoyed reading the manual which helped greatly. I hope the frustration will abate some and use the active pause while trying the different systems. It helped me while adjusting to the mavs. The community is for the most part very patient with noobie pilots. Altho a few will always ask or state rtfm,lol. Anyways good luck and be patient it will come together. Bullet

I have to say it sounds like he is lazy and does not want to commit to really learning the sim. I understand to some this maybe a daunting sim and it can be, but like anything else you learn ,if you take a section at a time to learn it then suddenly you know almost all the system and are flying and fighting with out actually thinking about it. I really do understand how hard it can be. I have add and I have to learn complicated items by taking the small steps or I get over whelmed. It has never stopped me from learning, On the technical side, I can understand how frustrating it can be, but I am leaning more toward user not installing it correctly. Just my opinion tho. Bullet

I am doing something wrong, it only takes me 6 minutes before I am rolling, including full ins and cdu alignment :) Damn need to work on this :). I too want to experience the full sim, why I always start cold and dark. However I too can see why some folks want a quick start option. Some folks just need that. It should be personal preference in my humble opinion. Bullet
