No sweetie. That distinction was made fairly recently and does not reflect the understanding or usage of the word in the english language or even in common parlance. I don't actually have a problem with having female pilot voices as I know of a female fighter pilot IRL and they are not common but becoming more so. But - this does not mean I endorse offence merchants (echo echo echo) taking a virtue signalling high ground that this should in any way take priority and definitely should not be a 50% chance of getting a female in your flight (more like 2% chance). I would also be weary of adding realistic representation into DCS - we could end up with african child soldiers with 65 IQ and a skill level locked at poor. Whenever these conversations come up - it's the people on the left that have the advantage in that moderators will consider anything with any kind of truth to be 'unkind', 'hatespeech' and 'hatefacts' meaning that no true replies can be made. We all just have to go along with this agenda that is being put onto us. I prefer to confront these things head on - don't let them police your language to box you into a corner. If you get backed into that corner you have already granted them victory by agreeing to their terms and abuse of language.

Still does not work - fall line is all over the place. The fall line should go through the target - please refer to any other US aircraft in DCS for inspiration. Hi guys, Since using multiple monitors (a 4k monitor for the 3D and a smaller monitor with MFD exports etc) I have a problem with the kneeboard in that it is positioned so that I can only see half. Is there a way to move it around/resize it in the monitorsetup.lua? Thanks in advance.

DMT does not contrast lock Lol don’t hold your breath! If you notice too, the CCIP isn’t simulated at all and just uses an FC3 magic calculation. Without a DMT lock on the target or area around it for reference, CCIP cannot be used and BCIP must be used. (B for barometric). Barometric target elevation must be entered to compute the weapon impact point (like the Viggen) SOROS 1-1 reporting for duty!

Can't DCS just read the current main window render resolution and use that to factor the size of the dots? It knows exactly what resolution it is drawing every frame and it's written in the MonitorSetup.lua! I love my 4K monitor but I feel blind even in dogfights because a 4k pixel dot on a 28" screen half a meter away from my eyes is pretty small! And I don't even need glasses yet!

I'm not going to be mean because you are new to the job and you seem well intentioned. The update changed the harrier and other devs were perfectly able to provide an accurate changelog to communicate the changes within the products that they sell. The best way to combat the stream of abuse that you guys are (rightfully) receiving over the absolute state of the harrier is to publish the changes, fixes and updates that you do make. The other way is to actually TEST your product after any changes. I will volunteer my time for free and for absolutely nothing to help you guys test the harrier and it's systems if thats what you need. It is abundantly clear to me that there is a lack of testing and a fundamental misunderstanding of the systems in the harrier - which I may be able to help with. There is no way that the auto bombing bug should have made it's way into the open-beta build. I'm only like this to you because I WANT you guys to succeed and build a successful company, producing quality modules - which I believe you are fully capable of. You just need some help and I am offering it.

Just like the majority of systems on this airframe - it does not currently work. When it is working, the 'Slave' button in the bottom right of the TGP MFD page slews the TGP to the current DMT target or INS target. That means that to targets a steerpoint in your TGP you will have to press the Waypoint Designate button on the EHSD page first.

bump please can we get at least a recognition. The bomb fall line in AUTO mode is also wrong (possibly inverse) and the way CCIP is calculated using the DMT is clearly not simulated. Seams to magically know the bombing solution.

Actually it did - it used to slave to the DMT target point. Maybe not 100% accurately to reality but it did actually work so I’m not sure why you are having such a ‘tone’ with me. SOROS 1-1 reporting for duty!

An STT scream at the enemy aircraft will result in a ‘spike’ call, a TWS lock and launch even on a single target will only result in the enemy calling ‘nails’ and will not know when a launch has occurred. It’s generally not a good thing to announce your position, intentions and current actions in any kind of warfare but especially not in the modern air combat environment. An STT lock is over kill in the BVR (with Fox 3’s) environment, resulting in lack of situational awareness and giving the enemy a ‘hard lock’ tone. SOROS 1-1 reporting for duty!
