As the title says. For realism purposes, please give us a server enforced option to disable dynamic map location marking on the kneeboard. Either that, or tie it in with the map visibility options, where if you set the F10 map visibility to none, the kneeboard mark function doesn't "magically" tell you where you are at a button press. As it is currently, this "magic" button defeats the purpose of F10 map visibility set to none, where you would be forced to do your own navigation by real ways of navigation and there is no way of disabling it currently. Thank you.

Shame on you OnReTech.. and UgraMedia too.. the balls to do this without informing the public and offering refunds is plain dirty.. You're making your way up on the RAZBAM & VEAO wall VERY quick. I wouldn't have expected this garbage in DCS.. but alas.. it seems like more and more 3rd parties nowdays walk the path of shamelessly sticking it up to their customers. And you ED, your hands are NOT clean in this! Reign in your 3rd parties before they do more harm ffs. I am disgusted with all 3 of you! To do this at the expense of your customers..

Snacko, instead of using "easy mode" or any other artificial way of reducing a full fidelity plane to an arcade one.. why not just use what DCS has to offer for this exact situation.. a trainer. It is perfect for a newbie, slow, handles as an airplane should, you can multicrew with your friend and assist him and he's gonna get a proper intro into flying. Also, Let's hope to that!

Hello. I've been having issues making the shaker work with the Fw190 A8.. The rest of the planes have no issues, but the Fw190 A8 doesn't seem to trigger the shaker (with the same profile settings as others). Log shows nothing related.. Does anyone have any info on this? Is this a known issue? Thanks in advance!

Hello. Using getInventory() function to get all items in a warehouse, but some are missing, even though they are set in mission editor and are showing on the in-game resource window. Things like the PK-3 pods for the L-39ZA, gunners for Mi8 and some others. What gives? Is this a bug or is there a way to get those items as well? I've attached a simple mission which illustrates what i'm talking about. Batumi warehouse set with 4 items in stock (BetAB 500, Fuel Tank 150L, ALQ-184 and PK-3) and a small script that iterates through the warehouse items 5 seconds in, but only 3 are found. Indeed, there are pros and cons to both methods.. the ideal situation would be where you have all stations in one place (ED RSBN) rather than having them on a per plane basis and you can add stations as desired without breaking IC.. or even a ground unit like the TACAN one would do.. but again, that would be useless at the moment to the MiG-21 as it has its own system.

At the moment, it sets GBU-12C regardless of what you select (B or C), but yeah, proper ones are C variant.

Is there a plan to switch to ED RSBN? The MiG RSBN is not that great.. Not only that it doesn't work as it should, but you cannot add stations because it breaks IC. :s

Was disappointed when i actually tried these things and they didn't work. I know this is a sim and these probably are low priority but would be nice to have their full functionality if they are implemented.

Yeah.. this needs to be a thing if our version of F16 has this capability.

Lo and behold.. here it is (RWS antenna elevation freeze): @BIGNEWY Track file included. I suspect the part where the radar loses lock & aquires it again, before losing it completely is somewhat related to the bug.. will try to replicate in different conditions, but as it is now.. you can reproduce it from the track file if you take controls just before that moment (as i did in the video). ANT break 1.trk

Not misleading.. but an issue in and of itself entirely. RWS gets stuck completely sometimes - unable to move elevation until you cycle dogfight modes or to TWS and back.. but these issues might also be related. Either way, both need to be addressed. The RWS one at least has been with the viper for a long time.. i'm surprised any of these two issues are not even acknowledged as an issue so far.

This happens almost on the daily and it is an old issue.. Just do a bit of bvr on a contested server.. bound to happen at some point. I will try to replicate it myself, as so far i've been just using the dogfight method to bypass it, but it is becoming annoying.

Is the software able to load a flight plan from a file if a correct format is used? Something like, load game, load program, load pre-made file into the program and let it do its job? Would be pretty nifty if it did have the option to load pre-made flight plans.

If you are using the Communication menu key, it will not work. You need to use intercom / radio buttons specifically.

The Headtracker.dll file needs to be added to the bin folder. Just copy & paste it and you should be good. At least that works for me with FaceTrackNoIR.. but it is using FreeTrack 2.0 protocol so i'm guessing that should do it.
