3 seems pretty serious tough.. you might want to make an actual bug report on that one..? For the others.. you should know that the Sabre is still in Beta.

I just noticed that I must have quoted the wrong guy or something lol I dont know but something went wrong and here I am yelling at wrong people :P No feelings hurt eh?` :D

Just thinking, this is a tough crowd (DCS) for a funny reason

If youre aiming for presision you gotta have a tough croud ;) The others are playing WT or AceCombat :) -
To be fair.. Not ONE of the suggestions is nowhere close to match the OP.. Seems to me that most of these guesses are based on whishes and personal likes instead of what people actually see (if not I could open a online 5 dollar glasses store $$$$) If you really think that those pictures of yours looks good, I bet you got some aweful low standards - no wonder stupidity reproduces so fast :( LNS have allready stated they are raising the bars so dont expect something ''look-a-like'', but expect and demand REAL modelling! I havent made any guesses yet becosue I have not seen anything like this and I am clueless :) Cant wait til theres an offical statement on the matter, or if someone can find something that actually looks like what were seeing.

robert.clark251 and MBot youre both way off.. yall need glasses :D

Help deciding what new hotas joystick to buy?

Im very happy with my X-55! I must say it was a great investment. I cant really say much more then that :P -
As I understand it, freetracknoIR requires alot of light, and it also depends on your webcam if it will work great or good... or decent.. The TrackIR is using infrared light and requires less lighting.. Im using the hatclip only (the standard, TIR5 with the tir cap) and it works great in the dark too..... Freetracknoir requires alot of light and a good webcam. Edit: sorry I misread the OP... IMO the trackir works great with lots of light too :s

Still nothing of the suggestions fits with the OP.... Either, yall are way off, or the WIP still got a long way ahead :P Do you expect a 50% hit or a 100%? With the MiG-21 and the LNS allready have stated that theyre raising the bars, its really such a shame to see that you all seem to jugde this all bout what you want to see in the game, rather then what it could actually be.... I expect 100% modeling or I will be dissapointed! Please dont say otherwise guys and no, I wouldnt be able to do a better job myself..! DCS: All in for realism, all in for accuracy - please community dont say its ok to give us something that just LOOKS something like the real thing just becouse it got a few angles done right...

Just to be clear (must be my english, which is not my native language and google translate does no good); On your way in when you glide at 21 CPU AoA - you do not want to use your speedbrake? Descent rate will increase with airbrake, meaning you will fall faster and you may not reach the airfield? my english.. And on touch-down (which is the point where your MLG (main landing gear) touches the ground, right??) you want to extend airbrake? I thought that you didnt want to use airbrake at this point to improve the effect of your MLG's brakes? What do you mean, keep it in on approach? Again, sorry for this lol but sometimes a man just needs to get it all in with a teaspoon :) dat translate..

And once you touchdown, retract speedbrake for better braking performance.

Every one of you need glasses!!! (or LNS needs a new software 3d designer or whatever you call it lol..)

New(ish) pilot, some questions.

You can also host your own session with 4 players (clients) or so, and run it with your own computer. I think when you start to reach 10 or so clients (players) you will need a server of your own to run the session but Im not too sure of this.. Please correct me people! Edit: Im quite sure that 2-4 players will run perfectly fine hosing the game on your own computer (unless you got a dinosaur of a pc). There should be some tutorials on how to create a small scenario with the ME (mission editor), and just to play around with it you can select quick mission - generate mission - edit mission, and you'll see how this would put in a few bandits on the map... to add more clients just click the plane, type and select it as client and place it on the airfield or in air.. If you just want to play around with it you dont really have to set waypoints etc it doesnt have to get more complicated then this... I think there might be some rules on how to save the mission to use it online but Im sure there are some guys here that can tell u more of this. -
and once you become better with this game you will get the best experience online playing versus or with real players, so might just consider to upgrade your internet ;) With internet you will also keep your game updated at all times too. So get online brother, upgrade! Edit: Sorry for double posting, thougth i was editing my first post :)

buy yourself an USB device, and download the game installer at a friend or somewhere... there is no CD that you can buy in a store.

I think scaling can ruin ones jugdement of the distance to the object. Lets say the object is with no scaling at 500m, now at a further distance the object would look just as big becouse of the scaling and you have now misjugded the objects distance becouse of scaling. I am against scaling and I know how hard it is to see objects in this game at a distance. But with that said I think we should only wait for 4K (or higher) to revolutionize our homes.

Would love to see some propper gameplay with comments in english on youtube, if its not too early to ask... There are a few but they dont really give you anything if youre looking for what this might have to offer. Gameplay vs AI or multiplayer vs real people with comments would be very much appreciated. If possible :)
